Suvendu Adhikari’s PA Shot Dead: पश्चिम बंगाल के नॉर्थ 24 परगना जिले के मध्यमग्राम में भाजपा नेता सुवेंदु अधिकारी के PA की गोली मारकर हत्या| मध्यमग्राम में ताबड़तोड़ फायरिंग, BJP ने TMC पर लगाए आरोप के पर्सनल असिस्टेंट (PA) चंद्रनाथ रथ की बुधवार रात गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी गई। घटना रात करीब 10:30 बजे की बताई जा रही है, जब वह कोलकाता से अपने घर लौट रहे थे।
कार रोककर की गई ताबड़तोड़ फायरिंग
रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार, चंद्रनाथ रथ स्कॉर्पियो में ड्राइवर और एक अन्य व्यक्ति के साथ यात्रा कर रहे थे। इसी दौरान एक कार ने उनकी गाड़ी का रास्ता रोक लिया। इसके बाद बाइक सवार हमलावर ने स्कॉर्पियो के पास पहुंचकर 6 से 10 राउंड फायरिंग की।
हमले में चंद्रनाथ रथ को 4 गोलियां लगीं, जिनमें दो गोलियां सीने के आर-पार हो गईं और एक पेट में लगी। ड्राइवर बुद्धदेब बेरा भी गोली लगने से गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए।
बिना नंबर प्लेट बाइक और मॉडर्न हथियार का इस्तेमाल
फोरेंसिक जांच के शुरुआती इनपुट के मुताबिक हमलावरों ने ग्लॉक 47X पिस्टल जैसे मॉडर्न हथियार का इस्तेमाल किया। पुलिस का मानना है कि इस तरह की वारदात किसी प्रोफेशनल शूटर द्वारा अंजाम दी गई हो सकती है।
हमलावर हेलमेट पहने हुए थे और जिस बाइक का इस्तेमाल किया गया उस पर नंबर प्लेट नहीं थी। पुलिस ने घटना में इस्तेमाल कार को जब्त कर लिया है, लेकिन उसकी नंबर प्लेट फर्जी निकली।
घटना के बाद घायलों को अस्पताल ले जाया गया, जहां डॉक्टरों ने चंद्रनाथ रथ को मृत घोषित कर दिया। ड्राइवर की हालत अभी भी गंभीर बनी हुई है।बताया जा रहा है कि इसी रात बशीरहाट जिले में भाजपा कार्यकर्ता रोहित रॉय पर भी फायरिंग हुई। चुनाव नतीजों के बाद राज्य में अब तक 5 लोगों की हत्या हो चुकी है।
सुवेंदु अधिकारी ने बताया ‘प्लान्ड मर्डर’
सुवेंदु अधिकारी के PA की गोली मारकर हत्या: मध्यमग्राम में ताबड़तोड़ फायरिंग, BJP ने TMC पर लगाए आरोप ने इस हत्या को सुनियोजित साजिश बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि 2-3 दिनों तक रेकी करने के बाद इस वारदात को अंजाम दिया गया। साथ ही उन्होंने पार्टी कार्यकर्ताओं से शांति बनाए रखने की अपील की।
All India Trinamool Congress ने भाजपा के आरोपों को खारिज करते हुए मामले की CBI जांच की मांग की है। पार्टी ने कहा कि चंद्रनाथ रथ की हत्या समेत अन्य राजनीतिक हत्याओं की निष्पक्ष जांच होनी चाहिए।

Suvendu Adhikari’s PA Shot Dead: In Madhyamgram of North 24 Parganas district, West Bengal, the personal assistant (PA) of BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari, Chandranath Rath, was shot dead on Wednesday night. The incident reportedly took place around 10:30 PM while he was returning home from Kolkata.
Vehicle Stopped Before Intense Firing
According to reports, Chandranath Rath was travelling in a Scorpio vehicle along with the driver and another person. During the journey, a car blocked their vehicle on the road. Soon after, a bike-borne attacker approached the Scorpio and opened fire, shooting 6 to 10 rounds.
Chandranath Rath was hit by four bullets, including two that pierced through his chest and one that struck his abdomen. Driver Buddhadeb Bera was also seriously injured in the firing.
Attackers Used Modern Weapons and Numberless Bike
Initial forensic findings suggest that the attackers used a modern Glock 47X pistol. Police suspect that the attack may have been carried out by professional shooters.
The attackers were wearing helmets, and the motorcycle used in the crime did not have a number plate. Police have seized the car used to block the Scorpio, but its registration plate was found to be fake.
Tension Rises After the Incident
The injured were immediately taken to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared Chandranath Rath dead. The driver remains in critical condition.
Reports also claimed that BJP worker Rohit Roy was fired upon in Basirhat district later the same night. Since the election results, five people have reportedly been killed in political violence across the state.
Suvendu Adhikari Calls It a ‘Planned Murder’
Suvendu Adhikari described the killing as a planned conspiracy. He alleged that the attackers conducted surveillance for 2–3 days before carrying out the murder. He also appealed to party workers to maintain peace.
Meanwhile, All India Trinamool Congress rejected BJP’s allegations and demanded a CBI investigation into the case. The party stated that Chandranath Rath’s murder, along with other political killings, should be investigated fairly.
