मोदीनगर/भोजपुर। गाजियाबाद के भोजपुर थाना क्षेत्र के गांव नाहली में खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं औषधि प्रशासन विभाग और पुलिस प्रशासन की संयुक्त टीम ने देर रात बड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए मिलावटी पनीर और खोया बनाने वाली तीन डेयरियों पर छापेमारी की। कार्रवाई के दौरान टीम ने 868 किलोग्राम पनीर और 170 किलोग्राम खोया, कुल 1038 किलोग्राम खाद्य पदार्थ, मौके पर ही नष्ट कराया।
तीन डेयरियों पर एक साथ हुई छापेमारी
आयुक्त खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं औषधि प्रशासन उत्तर प्रदेश और जिलाधिकारी गाजियाबाद के निर्देश पर 12-13 अगस्त की रात करीब 11 बजे ग्राम नाहली स्थित मैसर्स तोमर डेयरी, कलवा डेयरी और शकील डेयरी पर एक साथ छापेमारी की गई।
जांच के दौरान खाद्य सुरक्षा टीम को पनीर और खोया तैयार करने में ऐसे अपमिश्रकों और रसायनों के इस्तेमाल के प्रमाण मिले, जो मानव स्वास्थ्य के लिए हानिकारक हो सकते हैं।
पनीर बनाने में मिलाए जा रहे थे अपमिश्रक
खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग के अनुसार, शकील डेयरी से स्किम्ड मिल्क पाउडर, वनस्पति, रानीपाल (व्हाइटनिंग एजेंट) और अन्य अपमिश्रक रसायन बरामद किए गए।
वहीं कलवा डेयरी में रिफाइंड पामोलीन ऑयल और अपमिश्रक रसायन मिले। तोमर डेयरी से वनस्पति और सफेद पाउडर बरामद हुआ। टीम के अनुसार इन पदार्थों का इस्तेमाल पनीर निर्माण में किया जा रहा था।
20 खाद्य नमूने जांच के लिए भेजे
कार्रवाई के दौरान तीनों डेयरियों से पनीर, खोया, वनस्पति, स्किम्ड मिल्क पाउडर, रिफाइंड पाम ऑयल, एसिटिक एसिड, सफेद चूर्ण, रानीपाल, दूध और क्रीम समेत कुल 20 नमूने लिए गए हैं। सभी नमूनों को प्रयोगशाला परीक्षण के लिए भेजा गया है।
निरीक्षण के दौरान तीनों डेयरियों के परिसर में भारी गंदगी और अस्वच्छ परिस्थितियां भी पाई गईं।
182 किलो संदिग्ध सामग्री जब्त
खाद्य सुरक्षा टीम ने कार्रवाई के दौरान 25 किलोग्राम सफेद पाउडर, 4 किलोग्राम वनस्पति और 153 किलोग्राम रिफाइंड पामोलीन ऑयल भी जब्त किया।
इसके अलावा मौके से बड़ी मात्रा में तैयार पनीर और खोया बरामद हुआ, जिसे खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों के उल्लंघन के चलते नष्ट करा दिया गया।
डेयरी संचालकों के खिलाफ एफआईआर की तैयारी
खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों के गंभीर उल्लंघन और स्वास्थ्य के लिए हानिकारक पदार्थों के इस्तेमाल को देखते हुए तीनों डेयरी संचालकों के खिलाफ थाना भोजपुर में भारतीय न्याय संहिता (BNS) की सुसंगत धाराओं के तहत एफआईआर दर्ज कराने के लिए आवेदन दिया गया है।
सहायक आयुक्त (खाद्य)-II सुरेश कुमार मिश्र ने बताया कि जिले में मिलावटी खाद्य पदार्थों के निर्माण और बिक्री के खिलाफ अभियान आगे भी लगातार जारी रहेगा।
Modinagar Dairy Raid: 1,038 Kg Adulterated Paneer and Khoya Destroyed
Modinagar/Bhojpur: The Food Safety and Drug Administration Department, along with the police administration, conducted a late-night raid on three dairies in Nahli village under the Bhojpur police station area of Ghaziabad. The joint team reportedly found adulterants and chemicals being used in the preparation of paneer and khoya.
During the operation, officials destroyed 868 kg of paneer and 170 kg of khoya, taking the total quantity of destroyed food products to 1,038 kg.
Three Dairies Raided in Nahli Village
The raid was conducted around 11 pm on the night of August 12-13 following directions from the Commissioner of Food Safety and Drug Administration, Uttar Pradesh, and the District Magistrate of Ghaziabad.
The three dairies targeted in the operation were M/s Tomar Dairy, Kalwa Dairy and Shakeel Dairy in Nahli village.
During the inspection, the food safety team found evidence of adulterants and chemicals being used in the manufacturing of paneer and khoya.
Chemicals and Adulterants Found at Dairies
According to the Food Safety Department, Shakeel Dairy was found with skimmed milk powder, vanaspati, Ranipal, described as a whitening agent, and other adulterant chemicals.
At Kalwa Dairy, officials found refined palmolein oil and other adulterant substances. Meanwhile, Tomar Dairy was found with vanaspati and white powder, which officials said were being used in paneer production.
20 Food Samples Sent for Laboratory Testing
The inspection team collected 20 samples from the three dairies for laboratory testing. The samples included paneer, khoya, vanaspati, skimmed milk powder, refined palm oil, acetic acid, white powder, Ranipal, milk and cream.
The premises of all three dairies were also found to be extremely unhygienic and contaminated with dirt during the inspection.
182 Kg of Suspected Adulterant Material Seized
The team seized 25 kg of white powder, 4 kg of vanaspati and 153 kg of refined palmolein oil during the raid.
The officials also destroyed the prepared paneer and khoya found at the three locations after citing serious food safety violations.
FIR Application Submitted Against Dairy Operators
In view of the alleged serious violations of food safety standards and the use of substances potentially harmful to human health, the department has submitted an application for registration of an FIR against the three dairy operators at Bhojpur police station under relevant provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
