मोदीनगर। थाना मोदीनगर क्षेत्र के गोविंदपुरी चौकी के सामने से बाइक चोरी होने का मामला सामने आया है। पीड़ित का आरोप है कि बाइक चोरी की घटना को करीब 20 से 22 दिन बीत चुके हैं, लेकिन अभी तक न तो मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया और न ही बाइक की बरामदगी के लिए कोई प्रभावी कार्रवाई की गई। कार्रवाई नहीं होने से परेशान पीड़ित शुक्रवार को मोदीनगर थाने पहुंचा और पुलिस को तहरीर देकर कार्रवाई की मांग की।
23 अगस्त को चोरी हुई थी बाइक
पीड़ित के मुताबिक वह गोविंदपुरी चौकी के ठीक सामने रहता है। उसका आरोप है कि 23 अगस्त 2026 को उसकी बाइक चोरी हो गई थी। घटना की जानकारी मिलने के बाद उसने गोविंदपुरी चौकी में तहरीर देकर पुलिस को बाइक चोरी की सूचना दी थी।
पीड़ित का कहना है कि तहरीर दिए करीब 20 दिन बीत जाने के बावजूद अभी तक मामले में मुकदमा दर्ज नहीं किया गया है।
चौकी के चक्कर लगाने का आरोप
पीड़ित ने आरोप लगाया कि वह बाइक चोरी के मामले में कार्रवाई की जानकारी लेने के लिए लगातार गोविंदपुरी चौकी के चक्कर लगा रहा है। उसके मुताबिक, उसे मामले में कार्रवाई को लेकर स्पष्ट जानकारी नहीं मिल पा रही है।
काफी समय बीतने के बाद भी बाइक बरामद नहीं होने और मुकदमा दर्ज न किए जाने से परेशान होकर पीड़ित शुक्रवार को मोदीनगर थाने पहुंचा। यहां उसने अधिकारियों को अपनी शिकायत देते हुए मामले में कार्रवाई की मांग की।
बाइक बरामद करने की मांग
पीड़ित ने पुलिस से बाइक चोरी के मामले में मुकदमा दर्ज कर बाइक को जल्द बरामद करने की मांग की है। साथ ही चोरी की घटना की जांच कर जिम्मेदार लोगों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग की गई है।
फिलहाल, इस मामले में पुलिस की ओर से आधिकारिक प्रतिक्रिया सामने नहीं आई है। पुलिस की जांच और आगे की कार्रवाई के बाद ही मामले की स्थिति स्पष्ट हो सकेगी।

Upset over the alleged delay, the victim reached the Modinagar police station on Friday and submitted a written complaint, requesting action in the matter.
Bike Allegedly Stolen on August 23
According to the victim, he lives directly opposite the Govindpuri police outpost. He said that his bike was allegedly stolen on August 23, 2026.
Following the incident, the victim reportedly submitted a complaint at the Govindpuri outpost and informed the police about the alleged theft. He claims that around 20 days have passed since the complaint was submitted, but an FIR has not yet been registered.
Victim Alleges Repeated Visits to Police Outpost
The victim further alleged that he has repeatedly visited the Govindpuri police outpost to inquire about action in the bike theft case. According to him, he has not received a clear response regarding the status of his complaint.
After waiting for several days without the alleged theft case being registered or the motorcycle being recovered, the victim approached the Modinagar police station on Friday and submitted his complaint to officials.
Demand for FIR and Bike Recovery
The victim has requested the police to register a case in connection with the alleged bike theft and recover the motorcycle at the earliest. He has also sought an investigation into the incident and appropriate action based on the findings.
