गाजियाबाद: उत्तर प्रदेश के गाजियाबाद में राजनगर एक्सटेंशन स्थित राजनगर रेजीडेंसी में शुक्रवार रात 14 वर्षीय छात्रा प्राची राजपूत की 12वीं मंजिल से गिरने के बाद मौत हो गई। प्राची कक्षा 9 की छात्रा थी और पढ़ाई के साथ-साथ खेल एवं संगीत में भी रुचि रखती थी। घटना के बाद पुलिस ने मौके पर पहुंचकर जांच शुरू कर दी है।
दो दिन पहले रोप स्किपिंग चैंपियनशिप में जीता था गोल्ड
प्राची राजपूत की पहचान एक प्रतिभाशाली छात्रा और खिलाड़ी के रूप में बताई गई है। रिपोर्टों के अनुसार, घटना से सिर्फ दो दिन पहले वह महाराष्ट्र के शिरडी में आयोजित CBSE National Rope Skipping Championship में हिस्सा लेकर लौटी थी, जहां उसने स्वर्ण पदक हासिल किया था। उसने Double Dutch Pair Freestyle और Double Dutch Single Freestyle में गोल्ड मेडल जीते थे।
परिवार के लिए यह उपलब्धि खुशी का कारण बनी थी और प्रतियोगिता से लौटने के कुछ ही समय बाद हुई घटना ने सभी को गहरे सदमे में डाल दिया।
बालकनी से नीचे गिरने की जानकारी
पुलिस और मीडिया रिपोर्टों के अनुसार, शुक्रवार रात करीब 9 बजे प्राची राजनगर रेजीडेंसी के जी टावर स्थित अपने फ्लैट की बालकनी में गई थी। इसके बाद वह 12वीं मंजिल से नीचे गिर गई। ताजा रिपोर्ट में बताया गया है कि वह बालकनी में सूख रहे कपड़े लेने गई थी।
घटना के बाद सोसायटी के लोगों और परिवार की मदद से प्राची को तत्काल अस्पताल ले जाया गया, जहां डॉक्टरों ने उसे मृत घोषित कर दिया।
पुलिस ने शुरू की जांच
घटना की सूचना मिलने के बाद नंदग्राम थाना पुलिस और फॉरेंसिक टीम मौके पर पहुंची। पुलिस ने घटनास्थल का निरीक्षण कर जरूरी साक्ष्य जुटाए हैं। अधिकारियों के अनुसार, आगे की कार्रवाई पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट और परिजनों के बयानों के आधार पर की जाएगी।
पुलिस की शुरुआती जांच में छात्रा के 12वीं मंजिल की बालकनी से गिरने की बात सामने आई है। हालांकि, घटना किन परिस्थितियों में हुई, इसे लेकर जांच जारी है। इसलिए घटना की वास्तविक वजह के बारे में अभी किसी निष्कर्ष पर पहुंचना जल्दबाजी होगी।
खेल और पढ़ाई में सक्रिय थी प्राची
रिपोर्टों के मुताबिक प्राची पढ़ाई के साथ खेल और संगीत में भी सक्रिय थी। रोप स्किपिंग प्रतियोगिता में हाल ही में हासिल किए गए स्वर्ण पदक उसकी खेल उपलब्धियों को दर्शाते हैं। परिवार को उसकी इस उपलब्धि पर खुशी थी और वह प्रतियोगिता के बाद हाल ही में घर लौटी थी।
गाजियाबाद की घटना पर जांच जारी
राजनगर रेजीडेंसी में हुई इस घटना के बाद पुलिस मामले की जांच कर रही है। पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट, घटनास्थल से जुटाए गए साक्ष्य और परिजनों के बयानों के आधार पर आगे की स्थिति स्पष्ट होगी। फिलहाल पुलिस की जांच पूरी होने का इंतजार है।

Ghaziabad: A 14-year-old student, Prachi Rajput, died after falling from the 12th floor of a residential tower in Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad, on Friday night. Prachi was a Class 9 student and was also involved in sports and music. Police have started an investigation into the incident.
Prachi Had Won Gold in Rope Skipping Championship
According to reports, Prachi had returned home just two days before the incident after participating in the CBSE National Rope Skipping Championship held in Shirdi, Maharashtra.
She reportedly won gold medals in Double Dutch Pair Freestyle and Double Dutch Single Freestyle. Her recent achievement had brought happiness to her family before the tragic incident in Ghaziabad.
Incident Reported at Raj Nagar Residency
The incident took place at Raj Nagar Residency in Raj Nagar Extension on Friday night. Reports state that Prachi went to the balcony of her family’s flat at around 9 pm. She subsequently fell from the 12th floor.
A recent report states that she had gone to the balcony to collect clothes that had been put out to dry. After the fall, family members and people from the residential society rushed her to a hospital, where doctors declared her dead.
Police and Forensic Team Investigating
Following the incident, Nandgram police reached the location and began an investigation. A forensic team also inspected the scene and collected evidence.
Police officials said further legal action would be based on the post-mortem report and statements from the family.
The circumstances surrounding the fall are still being investigated. At this stage, no definitive conclusion should be drawn about the reason for the incident. Police are examining the available evidence to establish what happened.
Student Was Active in Sports and Music
Prachi was reportedly active in academics as well as sports and music. Her recent gold-medal performance at the national-level rope skipping championship was one of her notable sporting achievements.
