Surya Murder Case : उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने गाजियाबाद के चर्चित सूर्या हत्याकांड पर कड़ी प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए कहा कि दोस्ती की आड़ में की गई छुरेबाजी किसी भी कीमत पर बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। बिजनौर में एक कार्यक्रम के दौरान उन्होंने कहा कि यदि कोई अपने बच्चों को सही रास्ता नहीं दिखा पा रहा है, तो वह समाज और देश दोनों के लिए खतरा बन सकता है। मुख्यमंत्री का यह बयान ऐसे समय आया है जब सूर्या हत्याकांड को लेकर पूरे प्रदेश में चर्चा जारी है।
गाजियाबाद के सूर्या हत्याकांड ने बढ़ाई सियासी हलचल
28 मई को बकरीद के दिन गाजियाबाद के खोड़ा क्षेत्र में छात्र सूर्या चौहान की चाकू मारकर हत्या कर दी गई थी। मामले में मुख्य आरोपी असद को पुलिस ने एनकाउंटर में मार गिराया, जबकि उसके पिता नवाब समेत तीन अन्य आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया गया है। एक आरोपी अभी भी फरार बताया जा रहा है। घटना के बाद क्षेत्र में सुरक्षा व्यवस्था बढ़ा दी गई और लगातार पुलिस बल तैनात किया गया है।
योगी ने कानून व्यवस्था और सुरक्षा पर दिया सख्त संदेश
मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने कहा कि अहिंसा और करुणा मानवता की पहचान हैं, लेकिन जब समाज के सामने अपराधी और दुर्जन खड़े हों तो सख्ती जरूरी हो जाती है। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार अपराध और अपराधियों के खिलाफ जीरो टॉलरेंस की नीति पर काम कर रही है और किसी भी कीमत पर कानून व्यवस्था से समझौता नहीं किया जाएगा।
असद के घर पर बुलडोजर कार्रवाई की तैयारी
सूर्या हत्याकांड के मुख्य आरोपी असद के घर पर प्रशासन ने कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी है। अधिकारियों ने मकान पर अवैध कब्जे का नोटिस चस्पा किया है। प्रशासन का कहना है कि जमीन पर अवैध निर्माण के दस्तावेज मांगे गए हैं और जवाब संतोषजनक न मिलने पर बुलडोजर कार्रवाई की जा सकती है। आरोपी के पिता को 15 दिन के भीतर अपना पक्ष रखने का समय दिया गया है।
पीड़ित परिवार को मिली आर्थिक सहायता
राज्य सरकार ने सूर्या चौहान के परिवार को मुख्यमंत्री राहत कोष से ₹5 लाख की आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान की है। प्रशासन ने परिवार को हर संभव मदद का भरोसा दिया है। वहीं विभिन्न सामाजिक और राजनीतिक संगठनों ने भी परिवार से मुलाकात कर न्याय दिलाने का आश्वासन दिया है। प्रशासन का कहना है कि मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच जारी है और शेष आरोपियों को भी जल्द गिरफ्तार किया जाएगा।

Ghaziabad’s Surya Murder Case Sparks Political Debate
On May 28, the day of Bakrid, student Surya Chauhan was allegedly stabbed to death in the Khoda area of Ghaziabad. The main accused, Asad, was later killed in a police encounter, while his father Nawab and three other accused have been arrested and sent to jail. One accused is still absconding. Following the incident, security has been tightened in the area, with heavy police deployment continuing to maintain law and order.
Yogi Sends Strong Message on Law and Order
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that non-violence and compassion are symbols of humanity, but firmness becomes necessary when society faces criminals and wrongdoers. He reiterated that the state government follows a zero-tolerance policy against crime and criminals and will not compromise on law and order under any circumstances.
Bulldozer Action Planned Against Asad’s House
The administration has initiated action against the house of the main accused, Asad. Officials have pasted a notice on the property, alleging illegal occupation of the land. According to the administration, documents related to the construction have been sought, and if the response is found unsatisfactory, bulldozer action may be taken. Asad’s father has been given 15 days to present his explanation before the authorities.
Financial Assistance Provided to the Victim’s Family
The Uttar Pradesh government has granted financial assistance of ₹5 lakh to Surya Chauhan’s family from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund. Officials have assured the family of all possible support. Several social and political organizations have also met the family and promised justice. The administration stated that the investigation is being conducted impartially and that the remaining accused will be arrested soon.
