Meerut School Bus Accident उत्तर प्रदेश के मेरठ में बुधवार सुबह एक बड़ा हादसा हो गया, जब 35 स्कूली बच्चों से भरी बस सड़क किनारे खाई में पलट गई। हादसा काली नदी के पास हुआ, जिससे इलाके में अफरा-तफरी मच गई। इस दुर्घटना में 10 से अधिक बच्चे घायल हो गए। स्थानीय लोगों ने शीशे तोड़कर बच्चों को बाहर निकाला। कई बच्चे सीटों के बीच फंसे हुए थे। सभी घायलों को अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया, जहां ज्यादातर को हल्की चोटें आई हैं।
कुछ बच्चों के अनुसार, ड्राइवर बस चलाते समय मोबाइल देख रहा था। वहीं परिजनों ने आरोप लगाया कि ड्राइवर शराब के नशे में था और तेज व लापरवाही से बस चला रहा था। हालांकि स्कूल प्रबंधन का कहना है कि ट्रक से बचने के दौरान बस अनियंत्रित होकर पलट गई। हादसे के बाद ड्राइवर मौके से फरार हो गया। पुलिस उसकी तलाश कर रही है। प्रशासन ने बस को क्रेन की मदद से बाहर निकलवाया और हादसे के कारणों की जांच शुरू कर दी है।
प्रशासन और अधिकारियों का बयान
SDM के अनुसार, बस की फिटनेस सही पाई गई है और किसी भी बच्चे को गंभीर चोट नहीं आई है। वहीं शिक्षा विभाग और ARTO भी मामले की जांच में जुटे हैं।
घटना के बाद अभिभावकों ने स्कूल पहुंचकर विरोध प्रदर्शन किया और स्कूल प्रशासन पर लापरवाही का आरोप लगाया।
प्रशासन ने हादसे की पूरी जांच के आदेश दिए हैं। दोषी पाए जाने पर सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी, ताकि भविष्य में ऐसी घटनाएं न हों।

Meerut School Bus Accident: A major accident occurred in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, on Wednesday morning when a school bus carrying 35 children overturned into a roadside ditch near the Kali River, causing panic in the area. More than 10 children were injured in the incident. Local residents rushed to the spot, broke the windows, and rescued the children, many of whom were trapped between the seats. All injured children were admitted to the hospital, where most were reported to have minor injuries.
According to some students, the driver was using his mobile phone while driving. Meanwhile, parents alleged that the driver was under the influence of alcohol and was driving rashly at high speed. However, the school management claimed that the bus overturned while trying to avoid a truck. After the accident, the driver fled from the scene, and police are currently searching for him. The administration used a crane to pull the bus out of the ditch and has started an investigation into the cause of the accident.
Administration’s Statement
According to the SDM, the bus was found to be fit, and none of the children suffered serious injuries. The education department and ARTO are also investigating the matter.
After the incident, parents protested at the school and accused the administration of negligence. Authorities have ordered a detailed inquiry, and strict action will be taken against those found responsible.
