पुलिस कमिश्नरेट गाजियाबाद के निवाड़ी थाना क्षेत्र में मंगलवार देर रात करीब 12:30 बजे एक भीषण सड़क हादसे में तीन लोगों की दर्दनाक मौत हो गई, जबकि कई अन्य लोग गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए। हादसा बोलेरो पिकअप और ट्रक की आमने-सामने की जोरदार टक्कर के कारण हुआ।
सूचना मिलते ही निवाड़ी थाना पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और तत्काल राहत एवं बचाव कार्य शुरू किया। पुलिस एवं स्थानीय लोगों की मदद से घायलों को बाहर निकालकर नजदीकी अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया, जहां उनका इलाज जारी है।
हरिद्वार दर्शन के दौरान हुआ हादसा
प्रारंभिक जांच के अनुसार, दुर्घटनाग्रस्त बोलेरो पिकअप वाहन हाल ही में खरीदा गया था। वाहन में सवार सभी लोग नए वाहन को लेकर हरिद्वार दर्शन और गंगा स्नान के लिए जा रहे थे। इसी दौरान रास्ते में सामने से आ रहे ट्रक से वाहन की आमने-सामने टक्कर हो गई।
टक्कर इतनी भीषण थी कि बोलेरो पिकअप के परखच्चे उड़ गए और तीन लोगों की मौके पर ही मौत हो गई।
पुलिस ने शुरू की जांच
पुलिस ने मृतकों के शवों को कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेज दिया है। वहीं दुर्घटना के वास्तविक कारणों की जांच की जा रही है। पुलिस यह पता लगाने का प्रयास कर रही है कि हादसा तेज रफ्तार, लापरवाही या किसी अन्य कारण से हुआ।
परिजनों में मचा कोहराम
दुर्घटना की सूचना मिलते ही मृतकों और घायलों के परिजनों में शोक की लहर दौड़ गई। अस्पताल और घटनास्थल पर बड़ी संख्या में लोग पहुंच गए। पुलिस प्रशासन पूरे मामले की विस्तृत जांच कर रहा है।

A tragic road accident claimed the lives of three people and left several others seriously injured in the Nivari police station area of Ghaziabad Commissionerate late Tuesday night. The accident occurred around 12:30 AM when a Bolero pickup vehicle collided head-on with a truck.
Soon after receiving the information, the Nivari Police reached the spot and launched rescue operations. The injured passengers were immediately shifted to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.
Victims Were Travelling to Haridwar
According to the preliminary police investigation, the Bolero pickup had been purchased recently. The passengers were travelling to Haridwar for darshan and a holy dip in the Ganga when the fatal collision took place.
The impact of the collision was severe, resulting in the deaths of three occupants on the spot while several others sustained serious injuries.
Police Investigation Underway
Police have sent the bodies for post-mortem examination and initiated an investigation into the exact cause of the accident. Authorities are examining whether overspeeding, negligence, or any other factor led to the tragic crash.
