मोदीनगर/भोजपुर (गाजियाबाद): गाजियाबाद जिले के भोजपुर ब्लॉक स्थित ग्राम किलहोड़ा के एक सरकारी प्राथमिक विद्यालय में 5 वर्षीय छात्रा की कथित पिटाई का मामला सामने आया है। परिजनों ने आरोप लगाया है कि होमवर्क पूरा न होने पर शिक्षिका ने बच्ची के साथ बेरहमी से मारपीट की। इतना ही नहीं, शिकायत करने के बाद छात्रा के बड़े भाई की भी कथित रूप से पिटाई किए जाने का आरोप लगाया गया है। घटना के बाद क्षेत्र में अभिभावकों और ग्रामीणों में आक्रोश का माहौल है।
होमवर्क अधूरा होने पर छात्रा की पिटाई का आरोप
परिजनों के अनुसार, पांच वर्षीय छात्रा निर्धारित होमवर्क पूरा करके विद्यालय नहीं पहुंची थी। इसी बात से नाराज शिक्षिका ने कथित रूप से छात्रा की पिटाई कर दी। परिजनों का कहना है कि बच्ची जब घर पहुंची तो वह काफी डरी-सहमी हुई थी और उसने पूरी घटना अपने परिवार को बताई।
शिकायत करने पहुंचे परिजनों के साथ अभद्रता का आरोप
बच्ची से घटना की जानकारी मिलने के बाद परिजन विद्यालय पहुंचे और संबंधित शिक्षिका से शिकायत की। परिवार का आरोप है कि शिकायत सुनने के बजाय उनके साथ अभद्र व्यवहार किया गया और उन्हें विद्यालय परिसर से बाहर निकाल दिया गया। इसके बाद परिजनों ने मामले की शिकायत बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी (बीएसए), गाजियाबाद से करते हुए शिक्षिका के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग की।
शिकायत के बाद भाई की भी पिटाई का आरोप
परिवार का आरोप है कि शिकायत किए जाने से नाराज शिक्षिका ने अगले दिन विद्यालय खुलते ही छात्रा के बड़े भाई, जो उसी विद्यालय में पढ़ता है, उसकी भी कथित रूप से पिटाई कर दी। इस घटना के बाद ग्रामीणों में नाराजगी और बढ़ गई।
ग्रामीणों ने लगाए गंभीर आरोप
स्थानीय ग्रामीणों और अभिभावकों का कहना है कि संबंधित शिक्षिका के व्यवहार को लेकर पहले भी कई शिकायतें सामने आ चुकी हैं। उनका आरोप है कि शिक्षिका के कठोर रवैये और पिटाई के कारण दो छात्र पहले ही विद्यालय छोड़कर दूसरे स्कूलों में प्रवेश ले चुके हैं।
निष्पक्ष जांच और कार्रवाई की मांग
ग्रामीणों और अभिभावकों ने शिक्षा विभाग से पूरे मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच कराने तथा दोषी पाए जाने पर संबंधित शिक्षिका के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई करने की मांग की है। उनका कहना है कि यदि सरकारी विद्यालयों में छोटे बच्चों के साथ इस प्रकार का व्यवहार होगा तो अभिभावकों का सरकारी स्कूलों पर विश्वास कमजोर होगा और सरकारी नामांकन अभियान पर भी इसका नकारात्मक प्रभाव पड़ेगा।

Modinagar/Bhojpur, Ghaziabad: A serious allegation has emerged from a government primary school in Kilhora village under Bhojpur Block, Ghaziabad district, where a 5-year-old student was allegedly beaten by a teacher for failing to complete her homework. The child’s family further claims that after they lodged a complaint, the girl’s elder brother was also allegedly assaulted by the same teacher.
Family Alleges Physical Assault Over Incomplete Homework
According to the family, the young student attended school without completing her assigned homework. They allege that the teacher reacted by physically assaulting the child. The girl reportedly returned home frightened and informed her parents about the incident.
Parents Claim Misbehavior During Complaint
The family visited the school to raise the issue with the concerned teacher. However, they allege that instead of addressing the complaint, they were treated rudely and were forced to leave the school premises. The family subsequently filed a complaint with the Basic Shiksha Adhikari (BSA), Ghaziabad, demanding strict action against the teacher.
Brother Also Allegedly Beaten
The family further alleges that on the following school day, the teacher assaulted the girl’s elder brother, who studies in the same school, allegedly in retaliation for the complaint lodged against her.
Villagers Demand Strict Action
Residents and parents in the village claim that complaints regarding the teacher’s behavior have surfaced in the past as well. According to local residents, two students had previously left the school due to the teacher’s allegedly harsh conduct.
Demand for Fair Investigation
Villagers and parents have urged the Education Department to conduct a fair and impartial investigation into the allegations and take strict action if the teacher is found guilty. They argue that such incidents can seriously undermine parents’ trust in government schools and negatively impact enrollment campaigns.
