ई-पंजीकरण व्यवस्था के विरोध में अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल जारी, सरकार के खिलाफ जमकर नारेबाजी
मोदीनगर, गाजियाबाद। मोदीनगर तहसील परिसर में ई-पंजीकरण व्यवस्था के विरोध में चल रहा अधिवक्ताओं का आंदोलन लगातार उग्र होता जा रहा है। मंगलवार को वकीलों ने उत्तर प्रदेश के राजस्व मंत्री रविंद्र जायसवाल का पुतला दहन कर सरकार के खिलाफ जोरदार प्रदर्शन किया और “मुर्दाबाद” के नारे लगाए।
अधिवक्ताओं ने तहसील परिसर से लेकर मुख्य चौराहे तक विरोध मार्च निकालते हुए अपनी नाराजगी जाहिर की। प्रदर्शनकारियों का कहना है कि ई-पंजीकरण व्यवस्था के कारण अधिवक्ताओं और आम जनता दोनों को परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है, जिसके चलते वे इसका विरोध कर रहे हैं।
अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल रहेगी जारी
वकीलों ने स्पष्ट किया कि उनकी अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल पूर्व निर्धारित कार्यक्रम के अनुसार जारी रहेगी। उनका कहना है कि जब तक सरकार उनकी मांगों पर सकारात्मक निर्णय नहीं लेती, तब तक आंदोलन वापस नहीं लिया जाएगा।
प्रदर्शनकारी अधिवक्ताओं ने बताया कि आंदोलन के अगले चरण में बुधवार सुबह प्रतीकात्मक रूप से पुतले की राख और फूल चुनकर विरोध दर्ज कराया जाएगा। उनका कहना है कि यह कार्यक्रम सरकार तक अपनी नाराजगी और मांगों को शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से पहुंचाने का प्रयास है।
तहसील के कार्य प्रभावित
मोदीनगर तहसील में जारी इस आंदोलन के कारण राजस्व और पंजीकरण संबंधी कई कार्य प्रभावित हो रहे हैं। बड़ी संख्या में अधिवक्ता धरना-प्रदर्शन में शामिल होकर अपनी एकजुटता दिखा रहे हैं।
फिलहाल वकीलों ने साफ कर दिया है कि उनकी मांगें पूरी होने तक आंदोलन और हड़ताल जारी रहेगी।

Modinagar, Ghaziabad: The ongoing protest by lawyers against the e-registration system at Modinagar Tehsil intensified on Tuesday as advocates burned an effigy of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Minister Ravindra Jaiswal and raised strong slogans against the government.
The protesting lawyers marched through the tehsil premises and nearby areas, shouting slogans and demanding immediate action on their concerns. According to the advocates, the e-registration system has created several difficulties for both legal professionals and the general public.
Indefinite Strike to Continue
The lawyers stated that their indefinite strike will continue as per the previously announced schedule. They emphasized that the protest will not be withdrawn until the government takes a positive decision regarding their demands.
As part of the next phase of the agitation, advocates announced that they would symbolically collect the ashes and flowers of the burnt effigy on Wednesday morning as a peaceful form of protest.
Tehsil Work Affected
Due to the ongoing strike and demonstrations, several revenue and registration-related services at Modinagar Tehsil have been affected. A large number of lawyers are participating in the protest and showing solidarity with the movement.
The advocates have made it clear that the agitation will continue until their demands are fulfilled and the government addresses their concerns regarding the e-registration system.
