Modinagar : गाजियाबाद के मोदीनगर में सरकारी भूमि पर अवैध कब्जे के खिलाफ प्रशासन ने बड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए ग्राम तलहैटा स्थित 13 बीघा सरकारी भूमि को अतिक्रमण मुक्त करा लिया। उप जिलाधिकारी (एसडीएम) मोदीनगर के निर्देश पर राजस्व विभाग की टीम ने मौके पर पहुंचकर कार्रवाई की और कब्जा हटाने के बाद भूमि का विधिवत कब्जा खंड विकास विभाग को सौंप दिया।
ग्राम तलहैटा में 13 बीघा सरकारी भूमि कराई गई कब्जा मुक्त
प्रशासन के अनुसार ग्राम तलहैटा, तहसील मोदीनगर स्थित खसरा संख्या 175 की लगभग 13 बीघा सरकारी भूमि पर कुछ लोगों ने अवैध कब्जा कर रखा था। एसडीएम मोदीनगर के निर्देश के बाद राजस्व विभाग की टीम ने क्षेत्रीय लेखपाल मयंक और अन्य अधिकारियों की मौजूदगी में मौके पर पहुंचकर नियमानुसार कार्रवाई की। अभियान के दौरान पूरी सरकारी भूमि को अतिक्रमण मुक्त कराया गया।
खंड विकास विभाग को सौंपा गया भूमि का कब्जा
अतिक्रमण हटाने के बाद प्रशासन ने सरकारी भूमि का विधिवत कब्जा खंड विकास विभाग को सौंप दिया। अधिकारियों ने बताया कि सरकारी संपत्तियों की सुरक्षा और सार्वजनिक उपयोग की भूमि को सुरक्षित रखना प्रशासन की प्राथमिक प्राथमिकताओं में शामिल है।
अवैध कब्जाधारियों पर आगे भी होगी सख्त कार्रवाई
एसडीएम कार्यालय की ओर से स्पष्ट किया गया कि भविष्य में भी सरकारी जमीन पर अवैध कब्जा करने वालों के खिलाफ अभियान जारी रहेगा। प्रशासन किसी भी सरकारी भूमि पर अतिक्रमण को बर्दाश्त नहीं करेगा और ऐसे मामलों में नियमानुसार सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
प्रशासन ने लोगों से की सहयोग की अपील
कार्रवाई के बाद प्रशासन ने नागरिकों से अपील की है कि वे सरकारी भूमि पर किसी भी प्रकार का अतिक्रमण न करें। यदि किसी स्थान पर सरकारी जमीन पर अवैध कब्जे की जानकारी मिले तो इसकी सूचना तत्काल तहसील प्रशासन या संबंधित विभाग को दें, ताकि समय रहते प्रभावी कार्रवाई की जा सके।
Illegal Encroachment Removed from 13 Bigha Government Land in Modinagar, Possession Handed Over to Block Development Department
Modinagar : The Modinagar administration in Ghaziabad has launched a major anti-encroachment drive by clearing illegal occupation from approximately 13 bigha of government land in Talheta village. Acting on the directions of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM), the Revenue Department successfully removed the encroachment and officially handed over possession of the land to the Block Development Department.
13 Bigha Government Land Freed from Illegal Occupation
According to the administration, the government land located at Khasra No. 175 in Talheta village, Modinagar Tehsil, had been illegally occupied by several individuals. Following the SDM’s orders, the Revenue Department team, along with area Lekhpal Mayank and other officials, carried out the eviction drive and successfully cleared the entire land from encroachment.
Possession Handed Over to Block Development Department
After the encroachment removal operation, the administration officially transferred possession of the government land to the Block Development Department. Officials stated that protecting public property and ensuring proper utilization of government land remains one of the administration’s top priorities.
Administration Warns Against Illegal Encroachments
Officials have warned that strict action will continue against anyone found illegally occupying government land. The administration emphasized that no unauthorized occupation of public property will be tolerated and legal action will be taken against violators in accordance with the law.
Public Asked to Report Illegal Occupation
The local administration has appealed to residents not to encroach upon government land and to immediately report any illegal occupation to the Revenue Department or Tehsil administration. Authorities said timely information from citizens will help ensure prompt action against encroachments.
