Ghaziabad News । गाजियाबाद के मुरादनगर थाना क्षेत्र के गांव जलालाबाद निवासी हिमांशु की निवोक अस्पताल में इलाज के दौरान मौत हो गई। हिमांशु पर 8 अक्टूबर की रात घर से करीब 200 मीटर की दूरी पर जानलेवा हमला किया गया था। गंभीर रूप से घायल युवक की मौत के बाद परिजनों ने अस्पताल प्रबंधन पर इलाज में लापरवाही बरतने का आरोप लगाया है। मामले में परिजनों ने निवाड़ी थाने में तहरीर देकर कार्रवाई की मांग की है। साथ ही गाजियाबाद के मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी (सीएमओ) को शिकायत देकर अस्पताल में उपचार की निष्पक्ष जांच कराने की मांग की है।
घर से 200 मीटर दूर हुआ था जानलेवा हमला
परिजनों के अनुसार, हिमांशु गाजियाबाद में नौकरी करता था। 8 अक्टूबर की रात वह नौकरी से वापस अपने घर लौट रहा था। इसी दौरान घर से करीब 200 मीटर पहले उस पर जानलेवा हमला किया गया, जिसमें वह गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गया। घटना के बाद परिजन उसे उपचार के लिए निवोक अस्पताल लेकर पहुंचे, जहां उसे आईसीयू में भर्ती कराया गया।
परिजनों का कहना है कि हिमांशु की गंभीर हालत को देखते हुए करीब दो घंटे बाद उसे ऑपरेशन थिएटर में ले जाया गया और उसका ऑपरेशन किया गया।
ऑपरेशन के बाद हालत में सुधार की बात कहने का आरोप
परिजनों ने आरोप लगाया कि ऑपरेशन के बाद अस्पताल की ओर से उन्हें हिमांशु की हालत में सुधार होने की जानकारी दी गई। इसके बाद उन्हें मरीज से मिलने नहीं दिया गया। परिवार का कहना है कि वे लगातार चिकित्सकों से हिमांशु की वास्तविक स्थिति बताने की मांग कर रहे थे, ताकि जरूरत पड़ने पर उसे किसी दूसरे अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया जा सके।
परिजनों के मुताबिक, अस्पताल की ओर से उन्हें बार-बार आश्वासन दिया जाता रहा कि मरीज का इलाज किया जा रहा है। हालांकि, 9 अक्टूबर की सुबह करीब 3:40 बजे जब वे संबंधित वार्ड में पहुंचे तो हिमांशु की मौत हो चुकी थी। युवक की मौत की जानकारी मिलने के बाद परिवार में कोहराम मच गया।
अस्पताल में बाउंसरों की तैनाती पर भी उठाए सवाल
हिमांशु के परिजनों ने अस्पताल की कार्यप्रणाली पर भी सवाल उठाए हैं। उनका आरोप है कि अस्पताल में 10 से 15 बाउंसर तैनात रहते हैं और डॉक्टरों से बातचीत करने या मरीज के स्वास्थ्य की जानकारी लेने के लिए भी उन्हें बाउंसरों के बीच से गुजरना पड़ता था।
परिजनों का दावा है कि कई बार बाउंसरों ने उन्हें रोका और घेर लिया, जिससे मरीज के उपचार से संबंधित जानकारी प्राप्त करने में परेशानी हुई। इन आरोपों की स्वतंत्र पुष्टि होना अभी बाकी है।
निवाड़ी थाने में तहरीर, सीएमओ से जांच की मांग
हिमांशु की मौत के बाद परिजनों ने निवाड़ी थाने में अस्पताल प्रबंधन के खिलाफ तहरीर देकर मामले में कानूनी कार्रवाई की मांग की है। इसके साथ ही गाजियाबाद के सीएमओ को लिखित शिकायत देकर उपचार के दौरान कथित लापरवाही की निष्पक्ष जांच कराने की मांग की गई है।
परिजनों ने हिमांशु के इलाज से संबंधित सभी मेडिकल रिकॉर्ड, ऑपरेशन से जुड़े दस्तावेज और अन्य चिकित्सकीय अभिलेख सुरक्षित रखने की भी मांग की है, ताकि जांच के दौरान किसी प्रकार की छेड़छाड़ की आशंका न रहे।
जांच के बाद स्पष्ट होगी मौत की वजह
परिजनों का कहना है कि हिमांशु की मौत से जुड़ी परिस्थितियों की निष्पक्ष जांच होनी चाहिए और यदि उपचार में लापरवाही सामने आती है तो जिम्मेदार लोगों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जानी चाहिए।
फिलहाल, अस्पताल प्रबंधन का पक्ष और आरोपों की स्वतंत्र पुष्टि सामने आना बाकी है। जांच के बाद ही यह स्पष्ट हो सकेगा कि उपचार के दौरान किसी प्रकार की चिकित्सकीय लापरवाही हुई थी या नहीं।
Himanshu Dies at Nivok Hospital in Ghaziabad; Family Alleges Medical Negligence
Modinagar/Muradnagar, Ghaziabad: Himanshu, a resident of Jalalabad village in the Muradnagar police station area of Ghaziabad, died while undergoing treatment at Nivok Hospital. The young man had sustained critical injuries in an alleged assault on the night of October 8, approximately 200 metres from his home. Following his death, his family accused the hospital management of negligence and submitted a complaint at Niwari police station. They also approached the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Ghaziabad, seeking an impartial investigation into the treatment provided at the hospital.
Himanshu Was Attacked Near His Home
According to his family, Himanshu worked in Ghaziabad and was returning home from work on the night of October 8. He was allegedly attacked about 200 metres from his house and suffered serious injuries.
His family rushed him to Nivok Hospital, where he was admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU). According to the family, doctors took him to the operation theatre approximately two hours later for surgery due to his critical condition.
Family Questions Hospital’s Communication About His Condition
The family alleged that hospital staff informed them after the operation that Himanshu’s condition had improved. They claimed they were subsequently not allowed to meet him.
According to the family, they repeatedly asked the doctors for clear information about his actual medical condition so they could consider transferring him to another hospital if necessary. However, they alleged that they continued to receive assurances that treatment was being provided.
The family said that when they reached the relevant ward at around 3:40 am on October 9, they discovered that Himanshu had died. His death left the family devastated.

Family Raises Questions About Hospital Security Staff
The family also raised concerns about the presence of security personnel at the hospital. They alleged that around 10 to 15 bouncers were deployed on the premises and that family members faced difficulties while trying to speak with doctors or obtain information about the patient’s condition.
According to the family, the bouncers allegedly stopped or surrounded them on several occasions. These claims have yet to be independently verified, and the hospital management’s response was not available at the time of writing.
Complaint Filed at Niwari Police Station; CMO Asked to Investigate
Following Himanshu’s death, his family submitted a complaint at Niwari police station, seeking legal action against the hospital management. They also submitted a written complaint to the Ghaziabad CMO, requesting an impartial inquiry into the alleged negligence during treatment.
The family has demanded that all medical records, surgical documents and other treatment-related records be preserved to ensure that the relevant evidence remains available during the investigation.

The family has called for a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding Himanshu’s death. They have demanded strict action against those responsible if negligence is established during the inquiry.
