गाजियाबाद: दिल्ली-NCR के तेजी से विकसित हो रहे गाजियाबाद में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं के क्षेत्र में एक बड़ा प्रोजेक्ट प्रस्तावित है। Global Health Limited, जो Medanta ब्रांड के तहत अस्पतालों का संचालन करती है, ने गाजियाबाद की सिद्धार्थ विहार योजना में अस्पताल विकसित करने के लिए 10,560.36 वर्ग मीटर फ्रीहोल्ड जमीन हासिल की है। इस जमीन के लिए कंपनी ने ₹165.82 करोड़ का भुगतान किया है।
सिद्धार्थ विहार में बनेगा 350+ बेड का मल्टी-स्पेशलिटी अस्पताल
प्रस्तावित परियोजना के तहत सिद्धार्थ विहार योजना में 350 से ज्यादा बेड क्षमता वाला मल्टी-स्पेशलिटी अस्पताल विकसित करने की योजना है। यह परियोजना पूरी होने पर गाजियाबाद और आसपास के दिल्ली-NCR क्षेत्रों में बड़े स्तर पर स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की उपलब्धता बढ़ सकती है।
Global Health Limited ने यह जमीन उत्तर प्रदेश आवास एवं विकास परिषद (UPAVP) की ऑनलाइन नीलामी के माध्यम से हासिल की है। जमीन फ्रीहोल्ड श्रेणी की है और इसका कुल क्षेत्रफल 10,560.36 वर्ग मीटर है।
Global Health तैयार कर रही Detailed Project Plan
कंपनी की मैनेजमेंट टीम फिलहाल इस नए अस्पताल के लिए Detailed Project Plan (DPP) तैयार कर रही है। इसके बाद परियोजना को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए कंपनी के Board of Directors की मंजूरी और आवश्यक वैधानिक एवं नियामकीय अनुमतियां जरूरी होंगी।
इसलिए अभी अस्पताल के निर्माण की शुरुआत या मरीजों के लिए अस्पताल खुलने की कोई निश्चित तारीख घोषित नहीं की गई है। इसे फिलहाल एक प्रस्तावित अस्पताल परियोजना के रूप में देखा जाना चाहिए।
गाजियाबाद में बढ़ेगी हेल्थकेयर क्षमता
सिद्धार्थ विहार गाजियाबाद का तेजी से विकसित होने वाला क्षेत्र है। यहां 350+ बेड का नया मल्टी-स्पेशलिटी अस्पताल विकसित होने से क्षेत्र की हेल्थकेयर इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर क्षमता में विस्तार हो सकता है।
Medanta संचालित Global Health पहले से ही दिल्ली-NCR समेत कई शहरों में अपनी अस्पताल सेवाओं का संचालन करती है। कंपनी के FY 2025-26 के आंकड़ों के अनुसार, 31 मार्च 2026 तक उसके नेटवर्क की कुल operational bed capacity 3,665 beds थी। कंपनी ने इस अवधि में अपने नेटवर्क में 500 से अधिक बेड जोड़े थे।
₹165.82 करोड़ की जमीन पर प्रस्तावित बड़ा प्रोजेक्ट
इस परियोजना में फिलहाल सबसे महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी जमीन की खरीद और प्रस्तावित अस्पताल की क्षमता है। कंपनी ने सिद्धार्थ विहार योजना में 10,560.36 वर्ग मीटर जमीन हासिल की है, जिसकी कीमत ₹165.82 करोड़ बताई गई है। प्रस्तावित अस्पताल की क्षमता 350 से अधिक बेड रखी गई है।

Proposed Hospital to Expand Healthcare Infrastructure

Global Health already operates hospitals under the Medanta brand across several Indian cities. Its FY 2025-26 reporting showed a total operational bed capacity of 3,665 beds as of March 31, 2026, with more than 500 beds added across its network during the financial year.
