Hapur property dealer murder : उत्तर प्रदेश के हापुड़ में सोमवार रात प्रॉपर्टी डीलर अतुल तोमर (32) की गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी गई। घटना पिलखुआ क्षेत्र की रिलायंस रोड पर हुई, जब अतुल शादी समारोह से कार से लौट रहे थे। आरोप है कि चार लोगों ने उनकी कार रुकवाई और शीशा तोड़कर ताबड़तोड़ फायरिंग कर दी।
सीने में गोली लगने से हुई मौत
हमले में एक गोली अतुल तोमर के सीने में लगी। वारदात के बाद आरोपी मौके से फरार हो गए। स्थानीय लोगों ने घायल हालत में अतुल को अस्पताल पहुंचाया, लेकिन देर रात इलाज के दौरान उनकी मौत हो गई।
BJP जिला मंत्री समेत 8 लोगों पर FIR दर्ज
परिजनों की शिकायत पर पुलिस ने BJP जिला मंत्री नवीन तोमर समेत 8 लोगों के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज की है। पुलिस ने अब तक दो आरोपियों को हिरासत में लिया है, जबकि अन्य फरार बताए जा रहे हैं। परिवार का आरोप है कि एक प्लॉट विवाद को लेकर लंबे समय से रंजिश चल रही थी।
मां बोलीं- एनकाउंटर के बाद ही करेंगे अंतिम संस्कार
अतुल की मां मधु तोमर ने आरोपियों पर गंभीर आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि जब तक आरोपियों का एनकाउंटर नहीं होगा, तब तक परिवार अंतिम संस्कार नहीं करेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि आरोपी पहले भी हत्या और अन्य गंभीर मामलों में शामिल रहे हैं।
पुलिस कर रही CCTV और कॉल डिटेल की जांच
पुलिस का कहना है कि हत्या को पूरी प्लानिंग के साथ अंजाम दिया गया। अब पुलिस CCTV फुटेज, कॉल डिटेल रिकॉर्ड और आरोपियों के ठिकानों की जांच कर रही है। मुख्य आरोपी मंजीत और अन्य के आपराधिक रिकॉर्ड भी खंगाले जा रहे हैं।

Hapur property dealer murder : Property dealer Atul Tomar (32) was shot dead on Monday night in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh. The incident took place on Reliance Road in the Pilkhuwa area when Atul was returning home from a wedding function in his car. According to allegations, four men stopped his vehicle, smashed the window, and opened indiscriminate fire.
Bullet Injury to Chest Proved Fatal
During the attack, one bullet hit Atul Tomar in the chest. After carrying out the shooting, the accused fled from the spot. Local residents rushed the injured Atul to the hospital, where he died during treatment late at night.
FIR Filed Against BJP District Minister and 8 Others
Based on the complaint filed by the family, police registered an FIR against BJP district minister Naveen Tomar and seven others. Police have detained two accused so far, while the remaining suspects are absconding. The family alleged that there had been a long-standing dispute over a property plot
Mother Says Last Rites Will Be Performed Only After Encounter
Atul’s mother, Madhu Tomar, made serious allegations against the accused and said the family would not perform the last rites until the accused are killed in a police encounter. She claimed that the accused had previously been involved in murder and other serious criminal cases.
Police Examining CCTV Footage and Call Records
Police stated that the murder appears to have been carefully planned. Investigators are now examining CCTV footage, call detail records, and conducting raids at the suspects’ hideouts. The criminal history of the main accused, Manjeet, and others is also being investigated.
