Noida Violent Protest : उत्तर प्रदेश के नोएडा में श्रमिकों का प्रदर्शन दूसरे दिन भी उग्र हो गया। मंगलवार को कई इलाकों में कर्मचारी सड़कों पर उतर आए, जहां पुलिस के साथ उनकी झड़प और पथराव की घटनाएं सामने आईं। स्थिति बिगड़ने पर पुलिस और अर्द्धसैनिक बलों ने तुरंत मोर्चा संभाला और हालात पर काबू पा लिया। अब तक 300 से अधिक लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया जा चुका है। CCTV और ड्रोन से लगातार निगरानी की जा रही है।
औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों में सुबह 5 बजे से फ्लैग मार्च किया जा रहा है। सुरक्षा के मद्देनजर कई फैक्ट्रियां बंद रखी गई हैं और भारी पुलिस बल तैनात है।
सरकार ने बढ़ाई सैलरी
हिंसक प्रदर्शन के बीच उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने मजदूरों की न्यूनतम सैलरी में करीब ₹3000 तक की बढ़ोतरी की है। यह नई दरें 1 अप्रैल से लागू होंगी।
सोशल मीडिया से भड़की हिंसा
पुलिस के अनुसार, कुछ लोगों ने सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म और व्हाट्सऐप ग्रुप्स के जरिए हिंसा को भड़काया। करीब 50 X (Twitter) हैंडल और कई ग्रुप्स की पहचान की गई है।
DGP Rajeev Krishna ने कहा कि हिंसा और आगजनी में शामिल लोगों को बख्शा नहीं जाएगा और नुकसान की भरपाई भी उन्हीं से कराई जाएगी।
सोमवार को भी प्रदर्शन हिंसक हुआ था, जिसमें 350 से ज्यादा फैक्ट्रियों में तोड़फोड़ और 50 से अधिक गाड़ियों में आगजनी की गई थी।
नोएडा का यह आंदोलन अब कानून-व्यवस्था के लिए बड़ी चुनौती बन गया है, हालांकि प्रशासन का दावा है कि स्थिति फिलहाल नियंत्रण में है।

Noida Violent Protest : The workers’ protest in Noida turned violent for the second consecutive day. On Tuesday, employees took to the streets in several areas, leading to clashes with the police and incidents of stone-pelting. As the situation escalated, police and paramilitary forces quickly intervened and brought the situation under control. So far, more than 300 people have been arrested. Continuous monitoring is being carried out using CCTV cameras and drones.
Flag marches have been conducted in industrial areas since 5 AM. Several factories remain shut as a precaution, and heavy police deployment is in place.
Government Increases Wages
Amid the unrest, the Uttar Pradesh government has announced an increase of around ₹3,000 in the minimum wages for workers. The revised wages will be effective from April 1.
Violence Fueled by Social Media
According to the police, some individuals incited violence through social media platforms and WhatsApp groups. Around 50 X (Twitter) handles and several groups have been identified.
Strict Action Warning
DGP Rajeev Krishna stated that those involved in violence and arson will not be spared, and they will be held responsible for compensating the damages.
Previous Day’s Violence
On Monday as well, the protest turned violent, with vandalism reported in over 350 factories and more than 50 vehicles set on fire.
The ongoing protest in Noida has now become a major law-and-order challenge, although authorities claim that the situation is currently under control.
