मोदीनगर, गाजियाबाद। मोदीनगर में ई-रजिस्ट्री व्यवस्था के विरोध को लेकर कांग्रेस पार्टी ने अपनी आवाज बुलंद की है। मंगलवार को मोदीनगर शहर कांग्रेस कमेटी के नेतृत्व में कार्यकर्ताओं ने तहसील परिसर पहुंचकर बैनामा लेखक संघ द्वारा चलाए जा रहे धरने का समर्थन किया और उपजिलाधिकारी के माध्यम से महामहिम उपराज्यपाल के नाम ज्ञापन सौंपा।
शहर कांग्रेस कमेटी के अध्यक्ष बृजेश सेन और उत्तर प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी (पीसीसी) सदस्य सुनील शर्मा के नेतृत्व में आयोजित इस प्रदर्शन में बड़ी संख्या में कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ताओं ने भाग लिया। प्रदर्शनकारियों ने सरकार से ई-रजिस्ट्री व्यवस्था को तत्काल वापस लेने और इस फैसले पर पुनर्विचार करने की मांग की।
ई-रजिस्ट्री से रोजगार पर संकट की आशंका
ज्ञापन में कांग्रेस नेताओं ने कहा कि ई-रजिस्ट्री प्रणाली लागू होने से बैनामा लेखक, अधिवक्ता तथा उनसे जुड़े हजारों परिवारों की आजीविका प्रभावित हो सकती है। उन्होंने सरकार से मांग की कि किसी भी नई व्यवस्था को लागू करने से पहले उससे प्रभावित वर्गों के हितों और रोजगार की सुरक्षा को प्राथमिकता दी जाए।
शहर कांग्रेस कमेटी अध्यक्ष बृजेश सेन ने कहा कि प्रदेश में बड़ी संख्या में बैनामा लेखक और वकील इस व्यवस्था से प्रभावित होंगे। सरकार को ऐसे निर्णय लेने से पहले संबंधित लोगों की सामाजिक और आर्थिक परिस्थितियों पर गंभीरता से विचार करना चाहिए।
कांग्रेस ने बैनामा लेखकों को दिया समर्थन
पीसीसी सदस्य सुनील शर्मा ने कहा कि कांग्रेस पार्टी बैनामा लेखक संघ और अधिवक्ताओं की मांगों के साथ खड़ी है। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि सरकार के इस फैसले से संबंधित वर्गों में असंतोष बढ़ा है और हजारों लोगों के सामने रोजगार का संकट खड़ा हो सकता है।
उन्होंने कहा कि कांग्रेस पार्टी इस मुद्दे को जनहित से जुड़ा विषय मानती है और लोकतांत्रिक तरीके से लोगों की आवाज सरकार तक पहुंचाने का काम करती रहेगी।
बड़ी संख्या में पहुंचे कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ता
प्रदर्शन में ब्लॉक अध्यक्ष चांद वीर चौधरी, राकेश सोनी, डॉ. फरमान, अभिनव शर्मा, वकील अहमद, सुरेश दोसा, चतरे जाटव, पुष्पेंद्र दहिया, भिखारी लाल कश्यप, फकीरचंद कश्यप, मुकुल शर्मा, आदेश त्यागी, समस खान, बबीता चौधरी, कल्पना सिंह, अमजद, इंद्रेश, रियासत अली, आरिफ रिजवी सहित बड़ी संख्या में कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ता मौजूद रहे।
कार्यक्रम शांतिपूर्ण ढंग से संपन्न हुआ और ज्ञापन के माध्यम से सरकार से ई-रजिस्ट्री व्यवस्था पर पुनर्विचार करने की मांग दोहराई गई।
Congress Demands Withdrawal of E-Registry System in Modinagar, Memorandum Submitted to SDM
Modinagar, Ghaziabad: The Congress Party intensified its protest against the implementation of the E-Registry System in Modinagar on Tuesday. Members of the Modinagar City Congress Committee extended their support to the ongoing agitation by the Deed Writers Association and submitted a memorandum to the Lieutenant Governor through the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM).
The protest was led by City Congress Committee President Brijesh Sen and Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) member Sunil Sharma. Party workers gathered at the tehsil premises and demanded the immediate withdrawal of the E-Registry System, claiming it could adversely affect thousands of livelihoods.
Concerns Over Employment and Livelihood
According to the memorandum, the implementation of the E-Registry System may impact deed writers, advocates, and thousands of families dependent on traditional property registration services. Congress leaders urged the government to reconsider the policy while keeping the interests and employment of affected professionals in mind.
Brijesh Sen stated that a large number of deed writers and legal professionals across Uttar Pradesh could face difficulties due to the new system. He emphasized that the government should evaluate the socio-economic consequences before implementing such reforms.
Congress Extends Support to Deed Writers
PCC member Sunil Sharma reiterated that the Congress Party stands firmly with deed writers and advocates. He alleged that the government’s decision has created dissatisfaction among stakeholders and may lead to an employment crisis for many families.
He further stated that Congress considers the issue a matter of public interest and will continue raising its voice through democratic means.
Large Number of Workers Participated
Several Congress leaders and workers, including Chand Veer Chaudhary, Rakesh Soni, Dr. Farman, Abhinav Sharma, Vakil Ahmed, Suresh Dosa, Pushpendra Dahiya, and others, participated in the peaceful demonstration.
The protest concluded peacefully, with party leaders reiterating their demand for the government to review and reconsider the E-Registry policy.
