सुक्कन गढ़ी और अमराला गांव में चोरी की वारदात कबूलने का पुलिस का दावा, आरोपी पर गाजियाबाद, मेरठ और हापुड़ में कई मुकदमे दर्ज
गाजियाबाद। भोजपुर थाना क्षेत्र में चोरी की घटनाओं का खुलासा करते हुए स्वाट टीम ग्रामीण जोन और भोजपुर थाना पुलिस ने एक शातिर चोर को गिरफ्तार किया है। पुलिस ने आरोपी को कलछीना के पास से पकड़ा और उसके कब्जे से सोने एवं चांदी के बड़ी संख्या में आभूषण बरामद किए हैं।
गिरफ्तार आरोपी की पहचान हापुड़ जिले के धौलाना थाना क्षेत्र के गांव देहरा निवासी आरिफ उर्फ काला के रूप में हुई है। पुलिस के अनुसार आरोपी के खिलाफ गाजियाबाद, मेरठ और हापुड़ के विभिन्न थानों में चोरी और लूट के कई मुकदमे दर्ज हैं।
25 अगस्त को भोजपुर में हुई थी चोरी
पुलिस के मुताबिक, 25 अगस्त को भोजपुर थाना क्षेत्र में एक मकान का ताला तोड़कर अज्ञात चोरों ने सोने-चांदी के आभूषण और नकदी चोरी कर ली थी। पीड़ित की शिकायत के आधार पर भोजपुर थाने में मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया था।
घटना के बाद पुलिस ने चोरों की तलाश शुरू की और विभिन्न स्तरों पर जांच की गई। जांच के दौरान पुलिस को आरोपी आरिफ उर्फ काला के संबंध में महत्वपूर्ण सूचना मिली। इसके बाद स्वाट टीम ग्रामीण जोन और भोजपुर थाना पुलिस ने संयुक्त कार्रवाई करते हुए आरोपी को कलछीना के पास से गिरफ्तार कर लिया।
आरोपी के पास से सोने और चांदी के कई आभूषण बरामद
पुलिस के अनुसार गिरफ्तार आरोपी के कब्जे से बड़ी संख्या में चोरी के आभूषण बरामद किए गए हैं।
बरामद सामान में पीली धातु के मंगलसूत्र, टीका, कंठीमाला, नथ, दो अंगूठियां, दो गले के आभूषण और एक जोड़ी कानों की बालियां शामिल हैं।
इसके अलावा सफेद धातु की दो जोड़ी पाजेब, दो जोड़ी पायल, गले का सेट, मंगलसूत्र और एक जोड़ी बिछुए भी बरामद किए गए हैं।
सुक्कन गढ़ी और अमराला में चोरी की वारदात कबूलने का दावा
पुलिस पूछताछ में आरोपी ने कई चोरी की घटनाओं के संबंध में जानकारी दी है। पुलिस का दावा है कि आरोपी ने रात के समय सुक्कन गढ़ी गांव में चोरी करने की बात स्वीकार की है।
इसके साथ ही आरोपी ने अमराला गांव में भी पहले चोरी की वारदात को अंजाम देने की बात कबूल की है। पुलिस अब आरोपी से पूछताछ कर अन्य घटनाओं के संबंध में भी जानकारी जुटा रही है।
मेरठ, हापुड़ और गाजियाबाद में दर्ज हैं कई मुकदमे
पुलिस जांच में आरोपी का लंबा आपराधिक इतिहास सामने आया है। उसके खिलाफ भोजपुर, कविनगर, धौलाना, पिलखुवा, सरधना और सरूरपुर थानों में चोरी और लूट से संबंधित कई मुकदमे दर्ज बताए गए हैं।
पुलिस अब बरामद किए गए सोने और चांदी के आभूषणों का मिलान अन्य चोरी की घटनाओं से कर रही है। संभावना है कि पूछताछ के दौरान आरोपी से अन्य मामलों के संबंध में भी महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी मिल सकती है।
भोजपुर थाना पुलिस आरोपी के खिलाफ आवश्यक कानूनी कार्रवाई कर रही है और मामले की आगे जांच जारी है।
Notorious Thief Arrested Near Kalchhina in Ghaziabad, Stolen Gold and Silver Jewellery Recovered
Police claim accused confessed to thefts in Sukkan Garhi and Amrala villages; several criminal cases registered in Ghaziabad, Meerut and Hapur
Ghaziabad: The Rural Zone SWAT Team and Bhojpur Police have arrested a notorious alleged thief near Kalchhina while investigating multiple theft cases in the Bhojpur police station area of Ghaziabad.
According to police, a large quantity of gold and silver jewellery was recovered from the possession of the accused. The arrested man has been identified as Arif alias Kala, a resident of Dehra village under the Dhaulana police station area in Hapur district.
Theft Reported in Bhojpur on August 25
Police said that on August 25, unidentified thieves allegedly broke the lock of a house in the Bhojpur police station area and stole gold and silver jewellery along with cash.
Following a complaint from the victim, Bhojpur Police registered a case and launched an investigation to identify and arrest the accused.
During the investigation, police received information about the suspected involvement and whereabouts of Arif alias Kala. Acting on the information, the Rural Zone SWAT Team and Bhojpur Police conducted a joint operation and arrested him near Kalchhina.
Gold and Silver Jewellery Recovered
According to police, several items of jewellery were recovered from the accused.
The recovered yellow metal items include mangalsutras, a tika, a kanthi mala, a nose ring, two rings, two neck ornaments and a pair of earrings.
Police also recovered several white metal items, including two pairs of pajeb, two pairs of anklets, a necklace set, a mangalsutra and a pair of toe rings.
Police Claim Accused Confessed to Theft Cases
During questioning, the accused allegedly provided information regarding other theft incidents.
Police claim that he confessed to carrying out a theft during the night in Sukkan Garhi village. Investigators have also stated that the accused allegedly admitted involvement in an earlier theft incident in Amrala village.
Police are continuing to question the accused to determine whether he was involved in additional theft cases in the region.
Multiple Criminal Cases Registered Against the Accused
According to the police investigation, the accused has a long criminal history.
Several cases related to theft and robbery are reportedly registered against him at police stations including Bhojpur, Kavinagar, Dhaulana, Pilkhuwa, Sardhana and Sarurpur.
Police are now working to connect the recovered jewellery with other reported theft cases and verify whether the accused was involved in additional criminal incidents.
Further legal action is being taken against the accused, while the investigation into the recovered stolen jewellery and other possible cases remains underway.
