UP Weather Update : उत्तर प्रदेश में अप्रैल के आखिरी सप्ताह में भी जून जैसी भीषण गर्मी पड़ रही है। प्रदेश के कई जिलों में तापमान 45°C से ऊपर पहुंच चुका है, जिससे जनजीवन बुरी तरह प्रभावित हो गया है।
बांदा बना सबसे गर्म जिला
बांदा में तापमान 46.6°C तक पहुंच गया, जबकि प्रयागराज (45.7°C), अमेठी (44.7°C) और हमीरपुर (44.2°C) में भी तेज गर्मी दर्ज की गई। लखनऊ में 43°C तापमान के साथ इस सीजन का सबसे गर्म दिन रिकॉर्ड हुआ।
40 जिलों में लू का अलर्ट
मौसम विभाग ने प्रदेश के 40 जिलों में हीटवेव का अलर्ट जारी किया है। इन जिलों में प्रयागराज, वाराणसी, लखनऊ, कानपुर, आगरा और झांसी समेत कई इलाके शामिल हैं, जहां लोगों को सतर्क रहने की सलाह दी गई है।
मौसम बदलेगा करवट, बारिश के आसार
मौसम विशेषज्ञों के अनुसार, 28 अप्रैल से पश्चिमी विक्षोभ सक्रिय होगा, जिससे पश्चिमी यूपी और तराई क्षेत्रों में बादल छाएंगे और हल्की बारिश हो सकती है। इससे तापमान में 3-5°C तक गिरावट आने की संभावना है।
गर्मी ने तोड़े रिकॉर्ड
कानपुर में अप्रैल माह की गर्मी ने पिछले 56 वर्षों का रिकॉर्ड तोड़ दिया है। वहीं कई शहरों में तापमान 45°C के पार पहुंच गया, जो इस सीजन का सबसे उच्च स्तर है।
जहां उत्तर और मध्य भारत भीषण गर्मी की चपेट में हैं, वहीं पूर्वोत्तर राज्यों में भारी बारिश का अलर्ट जारी किया गया है।
विशेषज्ञों ने लोगों को दोपहर 12 से 3 बजे तक घर से बाहर न निकलने, अधिक पानी पीने और हल्के कपड़े पहनने की सलाह दी है। किसानों और मजदूरों को विशेष सावधानी बरतने की जरूरत है।

Banda Becomes the Hottest District
Banda recorded the highest temperature at 46.6°C, while Prayagraj (45.7°C), Amethi (44.7°C), and Hamirpur (44.2°C) also experienced extreme heat. Lucknow recorded 43°C, marking the hottest day of the season so far.
Heatwave Alert in 40 Districts
The weather department has issued a heatwave alert for 40 districts, including Prayagraj, Varanasi, Lucknow, Kanpur, Agra, and Jhansi. People have been advised to take necessary precautions.
Weather to Change, Rain Expected
According to meteorologists, a western disturbance will become active from April 28, bringing clouds and light rainfall to western UP and the Terai region. This may lead to a drop in temperature by 3–5°C.
Heat Breaks Records
In Kanpur, April heat has broken a 56-year record. Several cities have recorded temperatures above 45°C, making it one of the hottest periods of the season.
While northern and central India are facing intense heat, northeastern states are under heavy rainfall alerts.
Experts have advised people to avoid going out between 12 PM and 3 PM, drink plenty of water, and wear light-colored clothes. Farmers and laborers are urged to take extra precautions.
