TCS Conversion Case: टाटा कंसल्टेंसी सर्विसेज (TCS) के नासिक यूनिट से जुड़े कथित धर्मांतरण मामले में आरोपी निदा खान पिछले एक हफ्ते से फरार है। पुलिस के अनुसार, उसके पति मोइन नवीद इकबाल खान ने पहले उसकी लोकेशन बताई, लेकिन जब पुलिस वहां पहुंची तो घर बंद मिला।
पुलिस पूछताछ में पति ने पहले कहा कि निदा खान 14 अप्रैल को घर छोड़कर एक रिश्तेदार के यहां रह रही है। लेकिन जब पुलिस वहां पहुंची तो वह घर बंद मिला और मोबाइल फोन भी स्विच ऑफ थे। बाद में पति ने दावा किया कि उसकी मौसी नूरी शेख उसे नासिक ले गई है। फिलहाल पुलिस को उसकी सटीक लोकेशन नहीं मिली है।
क्या है पूरा मामला?
यह मामला तब सामने आया जब TCS नासिक की एक महिला कर्मचारी ने अपने सहकर्मी दानिश शेख पर शादी का झूठा वादा कर शारीरिक संबंध बनाने का आरोप लगाया। पुलिस रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, निदा खान पर आरोप है कि उसने पीड़िता के धर्म को लेकर आपत्तिजनक टिप्पणी की और धर्म परिवर्तन के लिए दबाव बनाया।
TCS ने किया सस्पेंड
निदा खान को 9 अप्रैल को TCS ने सस्पेंड कर दिया। कंपनी ने इसे “गंभीर मामला” बताते हुए उसकी कंपनी एक्सेस भी रोक दी और उसे किसी भी कर्मचारी से बात करने से मना किया। निदा खान ने नासिक कोर्ट में अग्रिम जमानत की अर्जी दी है। उसके वकील बाबा सैय्यद का कहना है कि उस पर गंभीर आरोप नहीं हैं और वह जल्द जमानत पा सकती है।
TCS का बयान
TCS ने स्पष्ट किया कि निदा खान HR मैनेजर नहीं थी, बल्कि प्रोसेस एसोसिएट के रूप में काम कर रही थी। कंपनी ने यह भी कहा कि इस मामले में उसे आंतरिक शिकायत चैनलों (Ethics या POSH) के जरिए कोई शिकायत नहीं मिली थी।
कंपनी ने जांच के लिए एक ओवरसाइट कमेटी भी बनाई है, जिसकी अगुवाई Keki Mistry कर रहे हैं।
TCS कन्वर्जन केस अब एक बड़ा विवाद बन चुका है, जिसमें आरोपी फरार है और पुलिस जांच जारी है। यह मामला कॉर्पोरेट सेक्टर और कानून व्यवस्था दोनों के लिए अहम बन गया है।

TCS Conversion Case: In a suspected religious conversion case linked to the Nashik unit of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), the accused Nida Khan has been absconding for the past week. According to the police, her husband Moin Naveed Iqbal Khan initially shared her location, but when officers reached the spot, they found the house locked.
During questioning, her husband first stated that Nida Khan had left home on April 14 and was staying with a relative. However, when police reached that location, it was locked and both mobile phones were switched off. Later, he claimed that her aunt Noorie Sheikh had taken her to Nashik. At present, her exact location remains unknown.
What is the case about?
The matter came to light after a female employee at TCS Nashik accused her colleague Danish Sheikh of establishing a physical relationship on the false promise of marriage. According to the police report, Nida Khan allegedly made derogatory remarks about the complainant’s religion and pressured her to convert.
Suspension by TCS
Nida Khan was suspended by TCS on April 9. The company termed it a “serious matter,” revoked her system access, and instructed her not to contact any employees.
Khan has also applied for anticipatory bail in a Nashik court. Her lawyer Baba Sayyed stated that there are no serious allegations against her and she is likely to get bail soon.
TCS Statement
TCS clarified that Nida Khan was not an HR manager but a process associate. The company also stated that it had not received any complaints through its internal Ethics or POSH channels.
An oversight committee has been formed to investigate the matter, led by Keki Mistry.
The TCS conversion case has now become a major controversy, with the accused still absconding and the police investigation ongoing. The case holds significance for both the corporate sector and law enforcement.
