UP Smart School: 14,429 प्राथमिक विद्यालयों को बनाया जाएगा स्मार्ट स्कूल
उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने राज्य के 14,429 परिषदीय प्राथमिक विद्यालयों को स्मार्ट स्कूल के रूप में विकसित करने के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दे दी है। मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ की अध्यक्षता में हुई कैबिनेट बैठक में यह फैसला लिया गया। योजना के लिए सरकार ने कुल ₹300 करोड़ का बजट मंजूर किया है।
इस योजना के जरिए सरकारी प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में डिजिटल शिक्षा का विस्तार करने और बच्चों को आधुनिक तकनीक के माध्यम से पढ़ाई की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने की तैयारी है।
स्मार्ट स्कूलों में मिलेंगी स्मार्ट क्लास और ICT लैब की सुविधाएं
योजना के तहत चयनित विद्यालयों में चरणबद्ध तरीके से स्मार्ट क्लास और ICT लैब विकसित की जाएंगी। विद्यार्थियों को डिजिटल किताबों, डिजिटल शैक्षणिक सामग्री और डिजिटल लाइब्रेरी जैसी सुविधाओं तक पहुंच देने की योजना है।
शिक्षकों के लिए टैबलेट आधारित तकनीकी शिक्षण व्यवस्था का भी इस्तेमाल किया जाएगा। इससे कक्षा में डिजिटल कंटेंट और तकनीक के इस्तेमाल को बढ़ावा देने का प्रयास किया जाएगा।
स्मार्ट क्लास में क्या-क्या सुविधाएं होंगी?
स्मार्ट क्लास में कई डिजिटल और तकनीकी सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने की योजना है। इनमें शामिल हैं:
- इंटरैक्टिव फ्लैट पैनल
- पावर बैकअप
- ऑडियो-विजुअल सामग्री
- वाई-फाई कनेक्टिविटी
- डिजिटल एजुकेशन कंटेंट
- लर्निंग मैनेजमेंट सिस्टम
- कक्षा 1 से 5 तक के पाठ्यक्रम से जुड़ी डिजिटल सामग्री
इन सुविधाओं के माध्यम से बच्चों को वीडियो, तस्वीरों और अन्य डिजिटल सामग्री की मदद से विषय समझाने की व्यवस्था की जाएगी।
बच्चों की पढ़ाई में डिजिटल माध्यम का बढ़ेगा इस्तेमाल
सरकार की योजना के मुताबिक, स्मार्ट क्लास के जरिए पारंपरिक पढ़ाई के साथ डिजिटल लर्निंग को जोड़ा जाएगा। वीडियो और विजुअल कंटेंट के माध्यम से विद्यार्थियों को पाठ्यक्रम से जुड़े विषयों को समझाने की व्यवस्था की जाएगी।
योजना को चरणबद्ध तरीके से लागू किया जाएगा। विद्यालयों में विद्यार्थियों की संख्या और नामांकन को ध्यान में रखते हुए स्मार्ट क्लास तथा ICT लैब की सुविधाओं का विस्तार किया जाएगा।
हर स्कूल के लिए करीब ₹2.07 लाख की प्रस्तावित दर
इस योजना के तहत प्रत्येक विद्यालय के लिए लगभग ₹2,07,910 की प्रस्तावित दर तय की गई है। इसमें GST और निर्धारित शुल्क शामिल हैं।
स्मार्ट क्लास स्थापित करने का काम प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक निविदा प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से कराया जाएगा। योजना के लिए श्रीट्रॉन इंडिया लिमिटेड को कार्यदायी संस्था के रूप में नामित किया गया है।
अगर निविदा प्रक्रिया के दौरान निर्धारित राशि से कम दर प्राप्त होती है, तो ₹300 करोड़ की स्वीकृत सीमा के भीतर अतिरिक्त विद्यालयों को भी योजना में शामिल किया जा सकता है।
पहले से 32 हजार से ज्यादा स्कूलों में स्मार्ट क्लास
उत्तर प्रदेश में सरकारी स्कूलों के डिजिटल इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर को पहले से विस्तार दिया जा रहा है। उपलब्ध जानकारी के अनुसार, राज्य में 32 हजार से अधिक विद्यालयों में स्मार्ट क्लास संचालित हो रही हैं।
इसके अलावा:
- 15 हजार से अधिक विद्यालयों में ICT लैब की सुविधा उपलब्ध है।
- 1,129 विद्यालयों में डिजिटल लाइब्रेरी की सुविधा है।
- 2.61 लाख से अधिक शिक्षकों को टैबलेट दिए जा चुके हैं।
इन आंकड़ों के साथ नई योजना के जरिए प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में डिजिटल शिक्षा के बुनियादी ढांचे को और बढ़ाने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है।
2021 में शुरू हुई थी प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में स्मार्ट क्लास
उत्तर प्रदेश के प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में स्मार्ट क्लास की शुरुआत 2021 में हुई थी। इसके बाद शैक्षणिक सत्र 2022-23 से स्मार्ट क्लास का नियमित संचालन शुरू हुआ।
अब 14,429 और परिषदीय प्राथमिक विद्यालयों को स्मार्ट स्कूल के रूप में विकसित करने की मंजूरी के बाद राज्य के सरकारी प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में डिजिटल शिक्षा का दायरा और बढ़ाने की योजना है।
UP Smart School योजना क्यों महत्वपूर्ण है?
इस योजना के तहत सरकारी प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में डिजिटल उपकरण, इंटरनेट कनेक्टिविटी और डिजिटल शैक्षणिक सामग्री को बढ़ावा देने की तैयारी है। इससे कक्षा 1 से 5 तक के विद्यार्थियों के लिए पाठ्यक्रम आधारित डिजिटल कंटेंट उपलब्ध कराने की व्यवस्था विकसित की जाएगी।

UP Smart School Scheme: 14,429 Primary Schools to Get Smart Class and ICT Labs, ₹300 Crore Approved
The Uttar Pradesh government has approved a proposal to develop 14,429 council-run primary schools as smart schools. The decision was taken during a Cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
The government has approved a total budget of ₹300 crore for the initiative, which aims to expand digital education facilities across government primary schools in the state.
Smart Classes and ICT Labs to Be Developed
Under the UP Smart School Scheme, smart classrooms and ICT labs will be developed in the selected schools in phases.
Students are expected to get access to digital books, digital educational content and digital library facilities. The plan also includes the use of tablet-based technology for teachers to support digital teaching.
What Facilities Will Smart Classes Have?
The proposed smart classrooms will include several technology-enabled facilities, including:
- Interactive flat panels
- Power backup
- Audio-visual learning material
- Wi-Fi connectivity
- Digital education content
- Learning Management System
- Digital content based on the Class 1 to 5 curriculum
The digital resources are intended to help teachers explain subjects using videos, images and other educational content alongside conventional classroom teaching.
Digital Learning to Expand in Government Schools
According to the plan, the smart classrooms will combine traditional teaching methods with digital learning tools.
The implementation will take place in phases. The expansion of smart classroom and ICT lab facilities will take into account factors such as student strength and enrolment in individual schools.
Around ₹2.07 Lakh Proposed Per School
A proposed rate of approximately ₹2,07,910 per school has been fixed under the scheme. The amount includes GST and applicable charges.
The installation of smart classrooms will be carried out through a competitive tendering process. Shreetron India Limited has been designated as the implementing agency.
If the tender process results in lower rates, additional schools may also be brought under the scheme, subject to the overall approved limit of ₹300 crore.
More Than 32,000 Schools Already Have Smart Classes
Uttar Pradesh has already been expanding digital infrastructure in government schools.
According to the information provided by the government:
- More than 32,000 schools already have smart classes.
- More than 15,000 schools have ICT labs.
- 1,129 schools have digital library facilities.
- More than 2.61 lakh teachers have been provided with tablets.
The new approval is expected to further expand the reach of digital education infrastructure in primary schools.
Smart Classes Started in Primary Schools in 2021
Smart classes in Uttar Pradesh’s primary schools were introduced in 2021, while regular operations began from the 2022-23 academic session.
With the approval to develop another 14,429 primary schools as smart schools, the state government is planning to further expand technology-enabled education in government schools.
