ई-पंजीकरण व्यवस्था के विरोध में अधिवक्ताओं का प्रदर्शन, आजीविका पर संकट का जताया खतरा
Modinagar Lawyers Strike : मोदीनगर तहसील में ई-पंजीकरण व्यवस्था के विरोध में अधिवक्ताओं की हड़ताल सोमवार को लगातार पांचवें दिन भी जारी रही। तहसील परिसर में अधिवक्ताओं, बैनामा लेखकों, स्टांप विक्रेताओं, कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटरों, वेंडरों और मुंशियों ने एकजुट होकर प्रदर्शन किया तथा अपनी मांगों को लेकर मोदीनगर एसडीएम को ज्ञापन सौंपा।
अधिवक्ताओं का कहना है कि निबंधन विभाग द्वारा जारी पत्र के अनुसार दस्तावेजों के पंजीकरण की प्रक्रिया को निजी संस्थाओं के माध्यम से संचालित करने की तैयारी की जा रही है। प्रदर्शनकारियों का आरोप है कि इस नई व्यवस्था के लागू होने से तहसील से जुड़े हजारों लोगों की आजीविका प्रभावित होगी और रोजगार का गंभीर संकट उत्पन्न हो जाएगा।
रोजगार पर संकट की आशंका
प्रदर्शन कर रहे अधिवक्ताओं और अन्य संबंधित लोगों का कहना है कि वर्तमान व्यवस्था में स्थानीय स्तर पर लोगों को उचित मार्गदर्शन और सहायता मिल जाती है। यदि पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया निजी संस्थानों को सौंप दी गई तो अधिवक्ताओं, बैनामा लेखकों, स्टांप विक्रेताओं और कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटरों के रोजगार पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव पड़ेगा।
आम नागरिकों को होगी परेशानी
ज्ञापन में कहा गया कि निजी संस्थानों में अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों का लगातार स्थानांतरण और परिवर्तन होता रहता है। ऐसे में आम नागरिकों को दस्तावेजों के पंजीकरण में अनावश्यक परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ सकता है। प्रदर्शनकारियों का कहना है कि निजी एजेंसियों के माध्यम से कार्य होने पर लोगों को बार-बार चक्कर लगाने पड़ सकते हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री से आदेश रोकने की मांग
अधिवक्ताओं ने मुख्यमंत्री से मांग की है कि ई-पंजीकरण व्यवस्था संबंधी आदेश को तत्काल प्रभाव से रोका जाए और सभी संबंधित पक्षों के साथ चर्चा कर समाधान निकाला जाए। उन्होंने चेतावनी दी कि यदि उनकी मांगों पर शीघ्र विचार नहीं किया गया तो आंदोलन को और व्यापक रूप दिया जाएगा।
पंजीकरण कार्य प्रभावित
हड़ताल के चलते मोदीनगर तहसील में पंजीकरण संबंधी कार्य प्रभावित रहे, जिससे आम लोगों को भी कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ा। अधिवक्ताओं ने स्पष्ट कहा कि जब तक उनकी मांगों का समाधान नहीं होता, तब तक उनका आंदोलन जारी रहेगा।

Advocates Protest Against Proposed E-Registration System, Raise Concerns Over Livelihood and Public Inconvenience
Ghaziabad/Modinagar: The strike by advocates against the proposed e-registration system continued for the fifth consecutive day on Monday at Modinagar Tehsil. Advocates, deed writers, stamp vendors, computer operators, vendors, and clerks gathered in the tehsil premises and staged a protest before submitting a memorandum to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) of Modinagar.
According to the protesting advocates, the Registration Department has issued a communication proposing that document registration services be handled through private agencies. They alleged that the implementation of such a system would adversely affect the livelihoods of thousands of people associated with tehsil-based registration work.
Concerns Over Employment
The protesters argued that the existing registration system provides local assistance and guidance to citizens. If the process is outsourced to private institutions, advocates, deed writers, stamp vendors, and computer operators could face significant employment challenges.
Public May Face Difficulties
In their memorandum, the protesters stated that private institutions often witness frequent changes in officials and staff. This could create unnecessary complications for citizens seeking document registration services. They claimed that people may have to make repeated visits and face additional hurdles under the proposed system.
Demand for Immediate Withdrawal
The advocates urged the Chief Minister to immediately halt the implementation of the e-registration order and initiate discussions with all stakeholders to find a suitable solution. They warned that if their demands are not addressed promptly, the protest movement will be intensified.
Registration Work Affected
Due to the ongoing strike, registration-related activities at Modinagar Tehsil remained disrupted, causing inconvenience to the public. The advocates reiterated that their agitation would continue until their demands are met and a satisfactory resolution is reached.
