Modinagar Harassment Case : मोदीनगर की रहने वाली प्रतिभा सिंह (पत्नी स्व0 संजय कुमार पुत्र जयसिंह) ने अपने जेठ सच्चिदानन्द सिंह पुत्र जयसिंह और उसके सहयोगियों पर गंभीर आरोप लगाते हुए प्रशासन से न्याय की मांग की है। महिला का आरोप है कि पति की मृत्यु के बाद उसे लगातार मानसिक, शारीरिक और सामाजिक उत्पीड़न का सामना करना पड़ा। पीड़िता ने दावा किया है कि उसे और उसकी चार बेटियों को घर से निकाल दिया गया, जिसके बाद परिवार सड़क पर जीवन बिताने को मजबूर है।
जेठ पर यौन उत्पीड़न और धमकी देने का आरोप
पीड़िता के अनुसार पति की मृत्यु के बाद उसके जेठ ने उसके साथ अभद्र व्यवहार शुरू कर दिया। महिला का आरोप है कि विरोध करने पर उसे और उसके बच्चों को जान से मारने की धमकियां दी गईं। डर और दबाव के कारण वह लंबे समय तक किसी से अपनी पीड़ा साझा नहीं कर सकी। महिला ने यह भी आरोप लगाया कि उसे जबरन गांव ले जाकर उत्पीड़न किया गया और बाद में छोड़ दिया गया।
घर से निकाले जाने और सुरक्षा की मांग
महिला का कहना है कि आरोपियों और उनके कुछ साथियों ने मारपीट कर उसे और उसकी चार बेटियों को घर से बाहर निकाल दिया। पीड़िता का दावा है कि वर्तमान में वह अपने बच्चों के साथ बेहद कठिन परिस्थितियों में जीवन गुजार रही है। उसने प्रशासन से सुरक्षा प्रदान करने, मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच कराने और दोषियों के खिलाफ सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई की मांग की है।
पीड़िता ने आशंका जताई है कि उसके और उसकी बेटियों के साथ किसी भी समय अप्रिय घटना हो सकती है। उसने प्रशासन से तत्काल हस्तक्षेप कर सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने और मामले में कानूनी कार्रवाई करने की अपील की है।

Modinagar Harassment Case : Pratibha Singh, a resident of Modinagar and the widow of late Sanjay Kumar (son of Jai Singh), has made serious allegations against her brother-in-law, Sachchidanand Singh (son of Jai Singh), and his associates. She has appealed to the authorities for justice, claiming that after her husband’s death, she was subjected to continuous mental, physical, and social harassment. According to the victim, she and her four daughters were forcibly thrown out of their home and are now struggling to survive.
Allegations of Sexual Abuse and Threats by Brother-in-Law
According to the complainant, her brother-in-law began behaving inappropriately toward her after her husband’s death. She alleges that whenever she resisted, she and her children were threatened with death. Due to fear and pressure, she remained silent about her ordeal for a long time. The woman further claims that she was forcibly taken to the family’s native village, where she was subjected to abuse before being abandoned and left to return home on her own.
Forced Eviction and Plea for Protection
The victim alleges that the accused, along with several associates, assaulted her and forcibly evicted her and her four daughters from the house. She claims that she is currently living in extremely difficult conditions with her children. She has requested the administration to provide security, conduct a fair investigation, and take strict legal action against those responsible.
The complainant has also expressed fears for her safety and that of her daughters, stating that they could face further harm at any time. She has urged the authorities to intervene immediately, ensure their protection, and take appropriate legal action based on her allegations.
