Ghaziabad Factory Fire : गाजियाबाद में सोमवार शाम एक इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स कंपनी की 5 मंजिला इमारत में भीषण आग लगने से इलाके में हड़कंप मच गया। आग इतनी भयानक थी कि दिल्ली-मेरठ एक्सप्रेसवे पर 5 से 10 किलोमीटर दूर तक आसमान में धुएं का गुबार दिखाई देता रहा। घटना के समय कंपनी के अंदर करीब 650 कर्मचारी मौजूद थे।
आग लगते ही कंपनी का सायरन बजने लगा, जिसके बाद कर्मचारी तेजी से बाहर निकलने लगे। हालांकि शुरुआती अफरा-तफरी में कुछ कर्मचारी अंदर फंस गए थे, जिन्हें पुलिस और फायर ब्रिगेड की टीम ने सुरक्षित बाहर निकाला।
25 दमकल गाड़ियां और 110 कर्मचारी जुटे आग बुझाने में
आग पर काबू पाने के लिए गाजियाबाद के अलावा नोएडा, हापुड़ और बुलंदशहर से दमकल विभाग की 25 गाड़ियां मौके पर पहुंचीं। करीब 110 फायर कर्मियों ने लगातार कई घंटों तक रेस्क्यू और आग बुझाने का काम किया।
नोएडा से 36 मीटर ऊंची हाइड्रोलिक प्लेटफॉर्म मशीन भी मंगाई गई। अधिकारियों के मुताबिक आग बुझाने में करीब 5 घंटे का समय लगा। CFO राहुल पाल ने बताया कि आसपास खड़े अमोनिया गैस से भरे 20 टैंकरों को भी तुरंत हटाया गया, जिससे बड़ा हादसा टल गया।
मशीन ओवरहीट होने से लगी आग
मुख्य अग्निशमन अधिकारी के अनुसार शुरुआती जांच में सामने आया है कि कंपनी में लगी CNC मशीन ओवरहीट हो गई थी, जिसके बाद आग फैल गई। कंपनी में पंखे और लाइट बनाने का काम होता है, इसलिए अंदर बड़ी मात्रा में इलेक्ट्रॉनिक और ज्वलनशील सामान मौजूद था।
आग की वजह से कंपनी के कई उपकरण जलकर राख हो गए और इमारत की दीवारों में भी दरारें आ गईं। हालांकि राहत की बात यह रही कि सभी कर्मचारियों को सुरक्षित बाहर निकाल लिया गया।
दिल्ली-मेरठ एक्सप्रेसवे पर लगा लंबा जाम
भीषण आग और धुएं के कारण दिल्ली-मेरठ एक्सप्रेसवे के आसपास यातायात भी प्रभावित हुआ। सड़क पर लोगों की भारी भीड़ जमा हो गई और कई किलोमीटर तक जाम की स्थिति बन गई। पुलिस ने मौके पर पहुंचकर ट्रैफिक को नियंत्रित किया और लोगों को सुरक्षित दूरी बनाए रखने की अपील की।

Ghaziabad Factory Fire : Panic spread across Ghaziabad on Monday evening after a massive fire broke out in a five-storey electronics company building. The blaze was so intense that thick smoke clouds were visible from 5 to 10 kilometers away on the Delhi-Meerut Expressway. Around 650 employees were present inside the factory at the time of the incident.
As soon as the fire started, the company siren began ringing, prompting employees to rush outside. During the initial chaos, a few workers got trapped inside the building, but police and fire brigade teams safely rescued them.
25 Fire Engines and 110 Personnel Deployed to Control the Fire
To control the fire, 25 fire tenders from Ghaziabad, Noida, Hapur, and Bulandshahr were rushed to the spot. Around 110 fire department personnel continuously carried out rescue and firefighting operations for several hours.
A 36-meter-high hydraulic platform machine was also brought from Noida. According to officials, it took nearly five hours to bring the fire under control. CFO Rahul Pal stated that 20 ammonia gas tankers parked nearby were immediately removed, preventing a major disaster.
Fire Caused by Overheated CNC Machine
According to the Chief Fire Officer, the preliminary investigation revealed that a CNC machine inside the factory overheated, triggering the fire. The company manufactures fans and lights, due to which a large quantity of electronic and flammable materials was stored inside the premises.
Several machines and equipment were completely destroyed in the fire, and cracks also appeared in the building walls. However, the biggest relief was that all employees were evacuated safely.
Heavy Traffic Jam on Delhi-Meerut Expressway
The massive fire and thick smoke also affected traffic movement around the Delhi-Meerut Expressway. A huge crowd gathered near the spot, leading to long traffic jams stretching several kilometers. Police teams managed the traffic and appealed to people to maintain a safe distance from the affected area.
