बुजुर्ग माता-पिता पर बेटे ने दरांती से किया हमला,गिरफ्तार

मोदीनगर :मोदीनगर क्षेत्र की हरमुखपुरी कालोनी में रमाशंकर (70 वर्षीय) और उनकी पत्नी सुशीला (65 वर्षीय) पर उनके ही बेटे मनोज और बहू किरण ने सोमवार रात को धारदार हथियार से जानलेवा हमला कर दिया। इसके बाद कमरे में पेट्रोल डालकर आग लगाकर पत्नी संग फरार हो गया। हमले में दोनों बुजुर्ग गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए, जिनकी हालत चिंताजनक बनी हुई है। पुलिस ने दोनों आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है।उसके कब्जे से चापड़ बरामद हो गया है। मोदीनगर की हरमुखपुरी कालोनी में रमाशंकर पत्नी सुशीला व बेटे मनोज और पुत्रवधु किरण के साथ रहते हैं। पिछले चार साल से परिवार में कलह चल रही थी। बताया जा रहा है कि रमाशंकर व सुशीला को पौते की आस थी। वे मनोज व किरण पर पौते का दबाव बनाते थे। यह मनोज की दूसरी शादी थी। पहली पत्नी से उन्हें दो बेटी थी। बेटा नहीं होने पर मनोज की शादी किरण से कराई गई। अब भी जब पौता नहीं हुआ तो रमाशंकर व सुशीला उनपर दबाव बनाने लगे। इसको लेकर आये दिन घर में विवाद होने लगे। परेशान आकर एक साल पहले मनोज व किरण कहीं और किराये के कमरे पर रहने लगे। इसी बीच रमाशंकर और सुशीला गुजरात दूसरे बेटे के यहां चले गए। कुछ दिन बाद उनके बीच वार्ता हुई। जिसके बाद फिर से चारों वापस आ गए। एक ही घर में हरमुखपुरी कालोनी में रहने लगे। लेकिन कुछ ही दिन बाद फिर से कलह शुरू हुई। इसको लेकर कई बार रमाशंकर व सुशीला से गाली-गलौज व मारपीट हुई। उनकी शिकायत पर पुलिस ने तीन बार मनोज पर कार्रवाई भी की। सोमवार रात को फिर से घर में विवाद हुआ। इस विवाद में घर का टीवी टूट गया। इसी बीच मनोज ने रमाशंकर व सुशीला पर चापड से सिर व गले पर ताबड़तोड़ वार कर दिए। जिससे माता और पिता खून से लथपथ होकर जमीन पर गिर पड़े। इसके बाद भी मनोज का गुस्सा शांत नहीं हुआ। उसने कमरे में पेट्रोल डालकर आग लगाई और पत्नी को लेकर फरार हो गया। घर से धुआं उठता देख आसपास के लोग मौके पर पहुंचे और रमाशंकर व सुशीला को मोदीनगर सीएचसी लेकर पहुंचे। जहां से गंभीर हालत में उन्हें हायर सेंटर मेरठ रेफर किया गया। सूचना पर पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और छानबीन की। एसीपी मोदीनगर भास्कर वर्मा ने बताया कि रमाशंकर की शिकायत पर मनोज व किरण पर हत्या के प्रयास की धारा में केस दर्ज किया गया है। दोनों को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया गया है। आगे की कार्रवाई चल रही है।

Son attacked elderly parents with sickle, arrested

Modinagar: Ramashankar (70 years old) and his wife Sushila (65 years old) were fatally attacked with a sharp weapon by their own son Manoj and daughter-in-law Kiran on Monday night in Harmukhpuri Colony of Modinagar area. After this, he poured petrol in the room and set it on fire and ran away with his wife. Both the elders were seriously injured in the attack, whose condition remains critical. Police have arrested both the accused. Chapar has been recovered from their possession. Ramashankar lives with his wife Sushila, son Manoj and daughter-in-law Kiran in Harmukhpuri Colony of Modinagar. There was discord in the family for the last four years. It is being told that Ramashankar and Sushila were hopeful of having a grandson. He used to put pressure on Manoj and Kiran as his grandson. This was Manoj’s second marriage. He had two daughters from his first wife. Since he did not have a son, Manoj was married to Kiran. Even now, when there was no grandson, Ramashankar and Sushila started putting pressure on them. Every day there were disputes in the house regarding this. Feeling upset, Manoj and Kiran started living in a rented room somewhere else a year ago. Meanwhile, Ramashankar and Sushila went to Gujarat to live with their second son. A few days later there was a conversation between them. After which all four came back again. Started living in the same house in Harmukhpuri Colony. But after a few days the conflict started again. Due to this, Ramashankar and Sushila were abused and beaten several times. Based on his complaint, the police took action against Manoj thrice. There was a dispute in the house again on Monday night. In this dispute the TV of the house broke. Meanwhile, Manoj attacked Ramashankar and Sushila severely on the head and neck with a chapad. Due to which mother and father fell on the ground drenched in blood. Even after this Manoj’s anger did not subside. He poured petrol in the room, set it on fire and ran away with his wife. Seeing smoke rising from the house, nearby people reached the spot and took Ramashankar and Sushila to Modinagar CHC. From where he was referred to Higher Center Meerut in critical condition. On information, police reached the spot and investigated. ACP Modinagar Bhaskar Verma said that on the complaint of Ramashankar, a case has been registered against Manoj and Kiran under the section of attempt to murder. Both have been arrested and sent to jail. Further action is underway.
