मोदीनगर :वकील ने सड़क हादसे के मुकदमे में फर्जी जमानती दाखिल करने का आरोप लगाते हुए पुलिस कमिश्नर गाजियाबाद से शिकायत की है। फर्जी तरीके से जमानती दाखिल कराने पर मुकदमा दर्ज कराने की मांग की गई है। मोदीनगर के बेगमाबाद गांव के शैंकी बडगुर्जर वकील हैं। गाजियाबाद कोर्ट में प्रेक्टिस करते हैं। उनके मुताबिक, 2024 में गगन चावला ने उन्हें अपने वाहन से टक्कर मार दी थी। जिससे उन्हें चोट आई थी। मोदीनगर थाने में उनकी तरफ से केस दर्ज कराया गया। जिसपर गगन ने कोर्ट में जमानत कराई। शैंकी का आरोप है कि जमानत के लिए फर्जी जमानती कोर्ट में दाखिल किये गए। इसकी शिकायत जब शैंकी ने कोर्ट में की तो गगन के द्वारा जमानती बदल दिये गए। ऐसे में अब शैंकी ने पुलिस कमिश्नर से शिकायत की है। पुलिस कमश्नर ने उन्हें जांच कराकर कार्रवाई का भरोसा दिया है।
Allegation of filing fake surety in court
Modinagar: The lawyer has complained to the Ghaziabad Police Commissioner, accusing him of filing fake surety in the road accident case. A demand has been made to register a case against fraudulent filing of bail. Shanky Badgurjar of Begumabad village of Modinagar is a lawyer. Practices in Ghaziabad court. According to him, Gagan Chawla had hit him with his vehicle in 2024. Due to which he got hurt. A case was registered on his behalf in Modinagar police station. On which Gagan got bail in the court. Shanky alleges that fake sureties were filed in the court for bail. When Shanky complained about this in the court, the sureties were changed by Gagan. In such a situation, Shanky has now complained to the Police Commissioner. The Police Commissioner has assured them of investigation and action.
