Violent Protests in Noida : उत्तर प्रदेश के नोएडा में सोमवार को श्रमिकों का प्रदर्शन अचानक हिंसक हो गया। फेस-2 औद्योगिक क्षेत्र समेत कई इलाकों में कर्मचारियों ने तोड़फोड़ और आगजनी शुरू कर दी। प्रदर्शनकारियों ने करीब 50 फैक्ट्री और ऑफिसों में तोड़फोड़ की। साथ ही 10 से अधिक गाड़ियों में आग लगा दी और कई जगहों पर जमकर पथराव किया।
क्यों भड़का विवाद?
यह विवाद सैलरी बढ़ोतरी की मांग को लेकर शुरू हुआ। Richa Global Exports Pvt Ltd की फरीदाबाद यूनिट में सैलरी बढ़ने के बाद नोएडा के कर्मचारियों ने भी समान वेतन की मांग उठाई।
क्या हैं श्रमिकों की मुख्य मांगें?
- न्यूनतम सैलरी ₹20,000 हो
- बोनस का समय पर भुगतान
- ओवरटाइम का दोगुना भुगतान
- अनावश्यक रूप से नौकरी से निकाले जाने पर रोक
- साप्ताहिक अवकाश की सुविधा
- रविवार को काम तो उसका दोगुना भुगतान किया जाए।
कई इलाकों में लगा भीषण जाम
प्रदर्शन के कारण सेक्टर 62, सेक्टर 63, फेस-2, सूरजपुर और दादरी समेत कई इलाकों में ट्रैफिक पूरी तरह ठप हो गया। दिल्ली-नोएडा लिंक रोड भी प्रभावित रही।
पुलिस और प्रशासन अलर्ट पर
पुलिस ने स्थिति को नियंत्रित करने के लिए भारी बल तैनात किया है और ट्रैफिक एडवाइजरी जारी की गई है। लोगों को DND और NH-24 मार्ग का उपयोग करने की सलाह दी गई है।

Violent Protests in Noida : A workers’ protest turned violent on Monday in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. In several areas, including the Phase-2 industrial zone, employees resorted to vandalism and arson. Protesters damaged around 50 factories and offices, set more than 10 vehicles on fire, and carried out stone-pelting at multiple locations.
What Triggered the Protest?
The protest began over demands for a salary hike. After Richa Global Exports Pvt Ltd increased wages at its Faridabad unit, workers in Noida demanded equal pay, alleging discrimination.
Key Demands of Workers:
- Minimum salary of ₹20,000
- Timely payment of bonuses
- Double pay for overtime
- No unnecessary job terminations
- Weekly holiday benefits
- Double payment for working on Sundays
Severe Traffic Disruptions
Due to the protest, traffic was severely affected in areas such as Sector 62, Sector 63, Phase-2, Surajpur, and Dadri. The Delhi-Noida link road was also heavily impacted.
Police and Administration on Alert
Police have deployed heavy security forces to control the situation and issued a traffic advisory. Commuters have been advised to use alternate routes such as the DND and NH-24.
