BRS विधायकों ने विधानसभा में लगाए नारे, वेल में पहुंचकर किया प्रदर्शन; मानसून सत्र की शेष अवधि के लिए निलंबन
हैदराबाद: तेलंगाना विधानसभा में बुधवार को जोरदार हंगामे के बाद BRS के 22 विधायकों को मानसून सत्र की शेष अवधि के लिए निलंबित कर दिया गया। निलंबित विधायकों में BRS के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष K T Rama Rao (KTR) और पूर्व मंत्री T Harish Rao समेत पार्टी के कई वरिष्ठ नेता शामिल हैं।
सदन की कार्यवाही शुरू होते ही BRS विधायकों ने “We Want Justice” के नारे लगाए और प्रदर्शन करते हुए विधानसभा के वेल में पहुंच गए। विधानसभा अध्यक्ष Gaddam Prasad Kumar ने सदस्यों से अपनी सीटों पर लौटने की अपील की, लेकिन वे अपनी मांगों को लेकर विरोध करते रहे।
BRS विधायकों ने उठाया पुलिस कार्रवाई का मुद्दा
BRS के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष K T Rama Rao ने Adjournment Motion के जरिए चर्चा की मांग की। BRS नेताओं ने दो दिन पहले विधानसभा के गेट पर पार्टी की महिला विधायकों को पुलिस द्वारा रोके जाने को लेकर कथित पुलिस ज्यादती का मुद्दा उठाया।
इसके अलावा, BRS प्रमुख K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) के खिलाफ कांग्रेस के कुछ नेताओं द्वारा कथित तौर पर की गई टिप्पणियों पर भी चर्चा की मांग की गई।
स्पीकर ने लिखित मांगों को लेकर मांगा जवाब
विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ने BRS सदस्यों से बार-बार अपनी सीटों पर लौटने की अपील की। उन्होंने कहा कि वह यह जांच करेंगे कि क्या BRS सदस्यों ने अपनी मांगें उन्हें लिखित रूप में दी हैं।
उपमुख्यमंत्री Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka ने कहा कि उन्होंने और कांग्रेस के अन्य नेताओं ने K Chandrasekhar Rao के लिए स्वस्थ और लंबा जीवन तथा सार्वजनिक सेवा में लंबे करियर की कामना की है।
उन्होंने BRS विधायकों से सदन में अपनी बात अपनी सीटों से रखने की अपील की और कहा कि सदस्यों को डराने-धमकाने या आक्रामक तरीके से व्यवहार नहीं करना चाहिए।
KCR के फार्महाउस के बाहर प्रदर्शन का भी मुद्दा उठा
उपमुख्यमंत्री ने मीडिया रिपोर्टों का हवाला देते हुए BRS नेताओं द्वारा KCR के Erravelli स्थित फार्महाउस के पास कथित ‘शुद्धिकरण’ किए जाने का मुद्दा भी उठाया। रिपोर्टों के अनुसार, 8 सितंबर को कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ताओं और दलित कार्यकर्ताओं ने BRS MLC Tata Madhusudhan की विधानसभा अध्यक्ष Prasad Kumar के खिलाफ कथित आपत्तिजनक टिप्पणियों को लेकर वहां प्रदर्शन किया था।
Vikramarka ने सवाल उठाया कि BRS आखिर कब तक दलितों का अपमान करती रहेगी। उन्होंने इसे सदन और समाज के लोगों के आत्मसम्मान का मुद्दा बताया।
प्रस्ताव के बाद 22 BRS विधायक निलंबित
विधानसभा के कार्य मंत्री D Sridhar Babu द्वारा निलंबन का प्रस्ताव पेश किए जाने के बाद स्पीकर ने BRS के 22 विधायकों को मानसून सत्र की बाकी अवधि के लिए निलंबित कर दिया।
निलंबित BRS विधायकों में K T Rama Rao, Anil Jadhav, T Harish Rao, G Jagadish Reddy, Gangula Kamalakar, Kaushik Reddy, Madhavaram Krishna Rao, Kova Laxmi, K Manik Rao, Chinta Prabhakar, Kotha Prabhakar Reddy, Vemula Prashant Reddy, Marri Rajasekhar Reddy, Palla Rajeshwar Reddy, P Sabita Indra Reddy, Kalvakuntla Sanjay, T Srinivas Yadav, D Sudheer Reddy, V Sunita Laxmareddy, Kaleru Venkatesh, Vijayudu और K P Vivekananda शामिल हैं।

KTR Among 22 BRS MLAs Suspended From Telangana Assembly After Uproar
BRS legislators raised slogans and entered the well of the House while demanding discussion on alleged police action against women MLAs and remarks against KCR
Hyderabad: Twenty-two BRS MLAs, including party working president K T Rama Rao (KTR) and senior leader T Harish Rao, were suspended from the Telangana Assembly on Wednesday for the remainder of the monsoon session after they disrupted proceedings.
Soon after the House met, BRS legislators raised slogans such as “We Want Justice” and entered the well of the House. Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar repeatedly asked the members to return to their seats, but they continued their protest.
BRS Seeks Discussion on Alleged Police Action
BRS working president K T Rama Rao moved an adjournment motion seeking a discussion on the alleged high-handedness of police against the party’s women MLAs.
The issue relates to an incident two days ago when police allegedly stopped BRS MLAs at the Assembly gate.
The BRS legislators also sought a discussion over alleged remarks by some ruling Congress members that were interpreted as wishing death upon BRS chief K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR).
Speaker Says He Will Examine Written Demands
Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar asked the protesting legislators to return to their seats and said he would examine whether the BRS members had submitted their demands to him in writing.
Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka said that he and other Congress leaders had wished K Chandrasekhar Rao a healthy and long life, along with a long career in public service.
He also said that legislators should express their views from their seats rather than behaving in an intimidating or aggressive manner.
Congress Raises KCR Farmhouse Protest
Vikramarka also referred to media reports about a purported purification ritual conducted by BRS leaders near KCR’s farmhouse at Erravelli.
The reference came after Congress workers and Dalit activists reportedly held a protest near the farmhouse on September 8 over alleged abusive remarks by BRS MLC Tata Madhusudhan against Speaker Prasad Kumar.
Vikramarka questioned how long the BRS would continue to insult Dalits and said the issue was linked to the self-respect of individuals in the House and society.
22 BRS MLAs Suspended for Remainder of Session
The suspension followed a motion moved by Legislative Affairs Minister D Sridhar Babu. The Speaker subsequently announced that 22 BRS legislators would remain suspended for the rest of the monsoon session.
The suspended MLAs include K T Rama Rao, Anil Jadhav, T Harish Rao, G Jagadish Reddy, Gangula Kamalakar, Kaushik Reddy, Madhavaram Krishna Rao, Kova Laxmi, K Manik Rao, Chinta Prabhakar, Kotha Prabhakar Reddy, Vemula Prashant Reddy, Marri Rajasekhar Reddy, Palla Rajeshwar Reddy, P Sabita Indra Reddy, Kalvakuntla Sanjay, T Srinivas Yadav, D Sudheer Reddy, V Sunita Laxmareddy, Kaleru Venkatesh, Vijayudu and K P Vivekananda.
The action in the Telangana Assembly comes amid an escalating political confrontation between the opposition BRS and the ruling Congress in the state.
