नई दिल्ली: दिल्ली में शुक्रवार को उस समय सियासी हलचल तेज हो गई, जब लोकसभा में विपक्ष के नेता राहुल गांधी ने संसद मार्ग पुलिस स्टेशन के बाहर धरना दिया। राहुल गांधी कथित पेलेट गन से घायल हुए साहिल लोचव के साथ पुलिस स्टेशन पहुंचे और 20 जुलाई को जंतर-मंतर पर हुए प्रदर्शन के दौरान हुई घटना को लेकर FIR दर्ज करने और जवाबदेही तय करने की मांग की।

राहुल गांधी का आरोप- FIR दर्ज न करने के लिए ‘ऊपर से आदेश’
राहुल गांधी ने आरोप लगाया कि दिल्ली पुलिस के अधिकारियों ने उनसे कहा कि पेलेट गन से घायल होने के मामले में FIR दर्ज नहीं करने के लिए ‘ऊपर से आदेश’ मिले हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि वह केवल FIR दर्ज कराने और मामले के जांच अधिकारी का नाम सार्वजनिक किए जाने की मांग कर रहे हैं।
राहुल गांधी के मुताबिक, साहिल लोचव की मेडिकल रिपोर्ट में उसके शरीर में पेलेट होने की बात सामने आई है। उन्होंने दावा किया कि साहिल की आंख में भी पेलेट है, जिससे उसकी एक आंख की रोशनी जाने का खतरा बताया गया है। राहुल गांधी ने यह भी कहा कि कुछ पेलेट उसके दिल के पास फंसे हुए हैं और उन्हें निकाला नहीं जा सका है।
पुलिस ने पेलेट चलाने से किया इनकार
राहुल गांधी ने दावा किया कि दिल्ली पुलिस ने उनसे कहा है कि पुलिसकर्मियों ने पेलेट नहीं चलाए। इसी को लेकर उन्होंने मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच और FIR दर्ज करने की मांग की।
उन्होंने कहा कि यदि FIR दर्ज कर दी जाती है और जांच अधिकारी का नाम बता दिया जाता है, तो वह वहां से चले जाएंगे। राहुल गांधी ने मामले में जवाबदेही तय करने पर भी जोर दिया।
DCP समेत वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधिकारियों से मिले राहुल गांधी
धरने के दौरान राहुल गांधी ने दिल्ली पुलिस के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों से मुलाकात की। इनमें DCP स्तर के अधिकारी भी शामिल रहे। राहुल गांधी ने अधिकारियों के सामने FIR दर्ज करने की मांग रखी और घायल साहिल लोचव के मामले में जांच की जरूरत बताई।
इस दौरान पुलिस स्टेशन के बाहर कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ताओं की भीड़ जमा रही और पार्टी नेताओं ने पुलिस पर कार्रवाई में देरी का आरोप लगाया।

New Delhi: High political drama unfolded in Delhi on Friday as Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi staged a dharna outside the Parliament Street Police Station, demanding the registration of an FIR in the alleged pellet gun injury case involving Sahil Lochav.
Rahul Gandhi reached the police station along with Sahil Lochav, who is alleged to have sustained pellet injuries during the July 20 protest at Jantar Mantar. Gandhi demanded accountability over the incident and sought details of the investigating officer handling the case.

Referring to Sahil Lochav’s injuries, Gandhi said medical reports indicated the presence of pellets in his body. He claimed that one pellet was lodged in Sahil’s eye and that there was a possibility that he could lose vision in one eye.
Gandhi further claimed that pellets were lodged near Sahil’s heart and could not be removed.
According to Rahul Gandhi, Delhi Police officials told him that their personnel had not fired the pellets. Gandhi said that his demand was limited to registering an FIR and making the name of the investigating officer public.
Rahul Gandhi Meets Senior Delhi Police Officials
During the protest, Rahul Gandhi met senior Delhi Police officers, including the DCP. He raised the issue of the alleged injuries suffered by Sahil Lochav and pressed for an FIR and a formal investigation.
