गाजियाबाद। भोजपुर थाना क्षेत्र की चुड़ियाला चौकी अंतर्गत एक युवक की मौत का मामला सामने आया है। परिजनों का आरोप है कि युवक को 10 जुलाई 2026 को खेत में ले जाकर डंडों से बेरहमी से पीटा गया था। गंभीर रूप से घायल युवक ने मेरठ के सुभारती अस्पताल में उपचार के दौरान सोमवार, 13 जुलाई 2026 को दम तोड़ दिया।
युवक की मौत की सूचना मिलते ही गांव में आक्रोश फैल गया। परिजनों और ग्रामीणों ने न्याय तथा आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी की मांग को लेकर मृतक का शव चुड़ियाला पुलिस चौकी के सामने रखकर प्रदर्शन किया। घटना के बाद क्षेत्र में तनाव की स्थिति को देखते हुए पुलिस बल तैनात किया गया।
10 जुलाई को खेत में ले जाकर पिटाई का आरोप
मृतक के परिजनों के अनुसार, 10 जुलाई को युवक को कथित रूप से खेत में ले जाया गया, जहां उसके साथ मारपीट की गई। परिवार का आरोप है कि करीब 8 से 10 लोगों ने युवक पर डंडों से हमला किया और उसे गंभीर रूप से घायल कर दिया।
परिजनों ने आरोप लगाया कि हमले में युवक को गंभीर चोटें आईं। हालांकि, घटना की वास्तविक परिस्थितियों और मारपीट में शामिल लोगों की भूमिका को लेकर पुलिस जांच जारी है।
महिला ने शोर सुनकर परिजनों को दी सूचना
परिजनों के मुताबिक, घटना के दौरान गांव की एक महिला खेत की ओर गई थी। महिला को वहां से शोर सुनाई दिया। मौके पर पहुंचने पर उसने कथित रूप से कुछ लोगों को युवक के साथ मारपीट करते देखा।
इसके बाद महिला ने तत्काल युवक के परिवार को घटना की जानकारी दी। सूचना मिलने पर परिजन खेत में पहुंचे, जहां युवक गंभीर रूप से घायल अवस्था में मिला।
परिवार के लोग घायल युवक को उपचार के लिए लेकर गए। हालत गंभीर होने के कारण उसे आगे के इलाज के लिए गाजियाबाद के एमएमजी अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया।
एमएमजी अस्पताल से मेरठ के सुभारती अस्पताल किया गया रेफर
युवक की गंभीर हालत को देखते हुए एमएमजी अस्पताल से उसे मेरठ स्थित सुभारती अस्पताल रेफर कर दिया गया। वहां चिकित्सकों की निगरानी में युवक का उपचार चल रहा था।
परिजनों के अनुसार, युवक की हालत लगातार गंभीर बनी हुई थी। उपचार के दौरान सोमवार, 13 जुलाई 2026 को उसकी मौत हो गई।
युवक की मौत की खबर गांव पहुंचते ही परिवार में कोहराम मच गया और ग्रामीणों में आक्रोश फैल गया।
चुड़ियाला पुलिस चौकी के सामने शव रखकर प्रदर्शन
युवक की मौत के बाद परिजन और बड़ी संख्या में ग्रामीण चुड़ियाला पुलिस चौकी पहुंचे। प्रदर्शनकारियों ने मृतक का शव पुलिस चौकी के सामने रखकर विरोध प्रदर्शन किया और मामले में तत्काल कार्रवाई की मांग की।
परिजनों ने आरोप लगाया कि युवक की बेरहमी से पिटाई की गई, जिसके कारण उसकी मौत हुई। उन्होंने घटना में शामिल सभी आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी और उनके खिलाफ कठोर कानूनी कार्रवाई की मांग की।
परिवार का कहना है कि जब तक मामले में शामिल सभी आरोपियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई नहीं होती, तब तक उन्हें न्याय नहीं मिलेगा।
गांव में तनाव, पुलिस बल तैनात
घटना के बाद गांव और आसपास के क्षेत्र में तनाव का माहौल बना रहा। स्थिति को देखते हुए एहतियात के तौर पर पुलिस बल तैनात किया गया।
पुलिस अधिकारियों ने प्रदर्शन कर रहे परिजनों और ग्रामीणों से बातचीत की तथा मामले में निष्पक्ष जांच और नियमानुसार कार्रवाई का आश्वासन दिया।
पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट और साक्ष्यों के आधार पर होगी कार्रवाई
पुलिस के अनुसार, पूरे मामले की जांच की जा रही है। परिजनों की तहरीर, उपलब्ध साक्ष्यों और पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट के आधार पर आगे की विधिक कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
पुलिस का कहना है कि जांच में सामने आने वाले तथ्यों के आधार पर संबंधित लोगों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जाएगी। फिलहाल पुलिस घटनाक्रम की जांच और मामले से जुड़े साक्ष्यों को जुटाने में लगी है।

The seriously injured youth was initially treated in Ghaziabad and later admitted to MMG Hospital. As his condition reportedly deteriorated, he was referred to Subharti Hospital in Meerut, where he died during treatment on Monday, July 13, 2026.
Following news of the youth’s death, anger spread among family members and villagers. Residents gathered outside Chudiyala police post and staged a protest demanding the arrest of those allegedly involved in the assault.
Family Alleges Youth Was Taken to Field and Beaten
According to the deceased’s family, the incident took place on July 10 when the youth was allegedly taken to a field. Family members have claimed that around eight to ten people assaulted him with sticks and left him seriously injured.
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident and the alleged role of the people involved are currently under police investigation.
Woman Reportedly Heard Noise and Alerted the Family
The victim’s family said that a woman from the village was heading towards the fields when she heard noises coming from the area.
According to the family, the woman went closer and allegedly saw several people assaulting the youth. She immediately informed his relatives about the incident.
After receiving the information, family members rushed to the spot and found the youth lying in a seriously injured condition.
He was taken for medical treatment before being admitted to MMG Hospital in Ghaziabad.
Youth Referred to Subharti Hospital in Meerut
Due to the seriousness of his injuries, the youth was referred from MMG Hospital to Subharti Hospital in Meerut for advanced medical treatment.
His family said his condition remained critical. Despite medical treatment, the youth died on Monday, July 13, 2026.
The news of his death triggered grief and anger in the village, with residents demanding immediate police action in the case.
Body Placed Outside Chudiyala Police Post During Protest
Following the death, the victim’s family and villagers gathered outside Chudiyala police post. Protesters placed the deceased’s body outside the police post and demanded justice.
Family members alleged that the youth died due to injuries sustained in the assault. They demanded the immediate arrest of all people allegedly involved in the incident and strict legal action against them.
The family said justice would remain incomplete until all those responsible for the alleged attack were brought under the law.
