Muradnagar News, गाजियाबाद। उत्तर प्रदेश के गाजियाबाद जिले के मुरादनगर में युवक की हत्या के मामले में पुलिस ने आरोपी समीर को गिरफ्तार किया है। स्वाट टीम ग्रामीण जोन और थाना मुरादनगर पुलिस की संयुक्त टीम ने कार्रवाई करते हुए 24 वर्षीय आरोपी को गिरफ्तार किया। पुलिस ने आरोपी की निशानदेही पर वारदात में इस्तेमाल चाकू भी बरामद किया है। पुलिस के मुताबिक, सीसीटीवी फुटेज, सर्विलांस और अन्य साक्ष्यों की मदद से आरोपी तक पहुंचा गया।
Muradnagar Murder Case: 9 अक्टूबर को दर्ज हुआ था हत्या का मुकदमा
पुलिस के अनुसार, 9 अक्टूबर 2026 को एक व्यक्ति ने शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी कि किसी अज्ञात हमलावर ने उसके भतीजे पर धारदार हथियार से हमला कर दिया। गंभीर रूप से घायल युवक को अस्पताल ले जाया गया, जहां उपचार के दौरान उसकी मौत हो गई।
घटना के बाद थाना मुरादनगर में भारतीय न्याय संहिता (BNS) की धारा 103(1) के तहत हत्या का मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया था। इसके बाद पुलिस ने आरोपी की पहचान करने और गिरफ्तारी के लिए जांच शुरू की।
CCTV फुटेज और सर्विलांस से आरोपी तक पहुंची पुलिस
हत्या के मामले की जांच के दौरान पुलिस टीम ने घटनास्थल और आसपास के इलाकों में लगे सीसीटीवी कैमरों की फुटेज खंगाली। सर्विलांस और अन्य साक्ष्यों का विश्लेषण करने के बाद पुलिस ने आरोपी की पहचान की।
पुलिस के मुताबिक, मंगलवार, 27 अक्टूबर 2026 को मुखबिर से मिली सूचना के आधार पर समीर (24) पुत्र यासीन, निवासी नूरगंज, हुडा मस्जिद के पास, मुरादनगर को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया। यह कार्रवाई डीसीपी ग्रामीण सुरेंद्रनाथ तिवारी के निर्देशन में की गई।
झगड़े के दौरान सीने में चाकू मारने का आरोप
पुलिस का कहना है कि पूछताछ के दौरान आरोपी ने बताया कि कुछ दिन पहले उसका एक व्यक्ति से झगड़ा हुआ था। इसी दौरान उसने कथित तौर पर उस व्यक्ति के सीने में चाकू मार दिया था। हमले में घायल व्यक्ति की बाद में अस्पताल में मौत हो गई।
पुलिस के अनुसार, आरोपी ने वारदात में इस्तेमाल चाकू को रास्ते में एक खाली प्लॉट की झाड़ियों में फेंकने की जानकारी दी। इसके बाद पुलिस ने उसकी निशानदेही पर चाकू बरामद कर लिया।
पुलिस जुटा रही आरोपी के आपराधिक इतिहास की जानकारी
स्वाट टीम ग्रामीण जोन और थाना मुरादनगर पुलिस की संयुक्त कार्रवाई के बाद पुलिस आरोपी के आपराधिक इतिहास की जानकारी जुटा रही है। मामले में आगे की कानूनी कार्रवाई की जा रही है।
नोट: पुलिस के अनुसार, आरोपी को हत्या के मामले में गिरफ्तार किया गया है। मामले से जुड़े आरोपों और घटनाक्रम के संबंध में अंतिम निर्णय न्यायालय द्वारा किया जाएगा।
Muradnagar Murder Case: Accused Sameer Arrested, Knife Recovered by Ghaziabad Police
Muradnagar News, Ghaziabad: Police have arrested a 24-year-old man identified as Sameer in connection with a murder case in Muradnagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. A joint team of the SWAT Team (Rural Zone) and Muradnagar Police Station carried out the operation and recovered the knife allegedly used in the crime at the accused’s instance.
According to the police, CCTV footage, surveillance inputs and other evidence helped investigators identify and trace the accused.
Muradnagar Murder Case Registered on October 9, 2026
According to the police, a complaint was filed on October 9, 2026, after an unidentified attacker allegedly assaulted the complainant’s nephew with a sharp-edged weapon.
The injured man was taken to a hospital for treatment but later died. Following the incident, a murder case was registered at Muradnagar Police Station under Section 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
Police subsequently launched an investigation to identify and apprehend the person responsible for the attack.
CCTV Footage and Surveillance Help Police Identify Suspect
During the investigation, police examined CCTV footage from cameras installed at and around the crime scene. Investigators also analysed surveillance inputs and other evidence to establish the identity of the suspect.
On Tuesday, October 27, 2026, acting on information provided by an informer, police arrested Sameer, 24, son of Yasin, a resident of the area near Huda Mosque in Noorganj, Muradnagar.
The operation was conducted under the direction of DCP Rural Surendranath Tiwari.
Accused Allegedly Confessed to Stabbing During a Dispute
According to the police, the accused stated during questioning that he had been involved in an argument with another person a few days before the incident. During the alleged altercation, he reportedly stabbed the man in the chest, resulting in fatal injuries.
Police further stated that the accused disclosed that he had thrown the knife into bushes in an empty plot along the route. Acting on this information, the police recovered the weapon at his instance.
Further Investigation Underway
Following the joint operation by the SWAT Team (Rural Zone) and Muradnagar Police, investigators are checking the accused’s criminal history.
Further legal proceedings are underway in the case.
